I bought a really cheap quality swim suit at this place because I had forgotten my suit and had to meet my son at a friend's home. Even though the suit was just pieces from suits and incomplete and was probably worth maybe $10-20 they asked for $59 but when I paid they didn't give a receipt and I wasn't asked to sign anything. They charged my credit card $596.74 and I've been trying to call to fix this and I do not get calls back and I have disputed the charge but it reappeared on my card. I believe this is deliberate fraud and I imagine they target distracted tourists whenever possible and overcharge them and because they don't use signatures or give receipts - no one notices until their credit card has been charged. I had a terrible feeling when I was there that it wasn't a safe place and I was mortified by how overpriced the unbelievably low quality merchandise was but I was late, distracted and in a hurry and decided to buy the suit and of course, I got scammed. DO NOT RENT THE MOPEDS!!!! We rented the mopeds for my bday weekend on Labor Day. We paid for the mopeds ahead of time and reserved them. When we went to pick them up they were pretty beaten up (missing mirrors, etc) None of them were charged (they were battery operated) so we made it about 10 min out and had to turn around to bring them back. The man in charge of the rentals said he would credit my account for all 4 mopeds we rented. He failed to credit me for two of them. I had many text messages back and forth with him over the next two months and he assured me he was taking care of the credit yet never did. I had to finally dispute it with my bank, and just received the credit nearly 4 months later (because the bank issued it, no help from the rental owner). I will never rent a moped from there again. In fairness my daughter rented an e-bike that was great from this place. The moped rentals seemed to be separate from this store, but the store promoted it and that’s where I met the owner of the moped rental. Great selection of products, however I purchased a large quantity of goods with limited time to shop and figured I could return what didn't fit, etc. I returned 2 days later on my way out of town only to find that they don't accept returns; only exchanges or store credits. I didn't have time to shop so had to keep several unwanted and expensive items. When I commented that there should be a large sign at or behind the register indicating this policy, I was told it was printed on the receipt. Then when I explained by the time I received the receipt the sale was already completed and that their policy should be clearly revealed prior to the sale, I was given a rather rude look from the cashier.
