While on vacation in Montauk five of the lights on my dashboard went on simultaneously. I was quite nervous about the safety of the car as it is over 2 hours to get my car home and another hour to get it to my Subaru service center. Brittany told me it was busy but they would get to my car to diagnose it. True to her word, they took my car out and road tested it and then brought it back to scan for error codes. Luckily the car was safe to drive and the lights were turned off. Everyone we dealt with at the station was very helpful and understood our worry and worked to get me back on the road quickly and efficiently. They even gave me the full report to take back to Subaru when I got home. It is not often you go on vacation and your car breaks down and you are at the mercy of mechanics you do not know. But I can say I was very happy that we came upon Brittany and her team! They made the rest of our days happier! ...

Please go somewhere else, it will save you money and time. I have a Hybrid Prius, I called because the car wasn't starting and informed them that I was told there was a circut issue that showed up on a diagnostic that was run at a seperate place and the battery shouldn't be a problem. They said that it was the battery that needed to be fully replaced. They charged me almost 1,000 (the labor fees, the towing, and the cost for a brand new battery) only for me to drive my car home, and try to get into it the next day and it won't start again... They just want to charge you whatever is going to make them money and don't care if that's what your car...

Reasonable and helpful. They towed me off the road when my car broke down. They got there quick even though it was after hours. I was away from home on vacation and was a prime candidate to get screwed over if they wanted to… I was originally going to have them fix the car too, but ended up canceling because I had a warranty. They could have justifiably charged me storage and for the time/travel for getting the parts, but they didn’t. They fielded a dozen phone calls from me trying to work out the details of getting my car moved to the dealership and were friendly and helpful. The price of the tow and diagnosing was...
