Was really looking forward to this visit. Wait staff was great. Bar staff mistook regular margarita for spicy. Fine, accidents happen. Then my pork chop arrived so burnt that not only was the outside inedible and charred, the meat had tightened to the point it was so firm to chew. And no reason to send it back as clearly the kitchen knew this was bad… plus, “comes with coleslaw” as in that little pool under the charred brick? Lastly dessert of a cheesecake chimichanga with raspberry coulis, without the raspberry. If it is prominent enough to list in the description then you should mention to the customer if that has changed. Overall disappointing visit, and not sure I would want to visit again. Such a shame honestly.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere—spacious, well-appointed, and inviting. However, the food was a bit underwhelming. We tried the shrimp cocktail, chicken, Caesar salad, and mussels, and while they were decent, none stood out. The side of spinach was also disappointing, lacking flavor. That said, the kids' menu was a highlight. My boys enjoyed the pasta with butter and cheese and the chicken tenders, both of which were very good. The service was another strong point—warm, friendly, and attentive, which added to the overall experience. I’d definitely return, but more for the ambiance than the food. Sitting at the bar for a drink and soaking in the atmosphere sounds like a perfect way to enjoy this spot.

The décor was very nice and it was a very nice area and nice setting. I had a pork chop I must say that it was the best I've had in a long time. Don't mind the photo, I was so busy enjoying the pork chop that I didn't take a picture until I had mostly eaten it. It is however ridiculously expensive and for that expense you don't get terribly much. The water that they gave us didn't have ice in it and tasted of like it came from the tap. There was not a wide selection to be had, just a few items printed on computer paper (not even a real menu). If you want to come here for the experience; sure. But there are other places here that give you more value for your dollar, far more.

i’d give this place 0 starts if i could. we made reservations here for a party of 17, almost 3 months in advanced. we were told that we would be in our own area & for an extra almost $400 we could pay for the “in house dj to come in & play for just our party” since it is off season. we showed up hungry, excited & on time for our reservation last saturday night, only to find that they did not even have tables set up for us & then tried to put us at 1 circle table & pushed 2 other tables together, in the middle of the restaurant so the party was not all seated together (the restaurant wasn’t even crowded). we spoke to Mario a few days prior to the reservation, confirming the amount of people & were once again reassured that we were going to have our own area since it was a larger seating party & the “dj” was booked. the “dj” was a way older man who was singing at the front of the restaurant, why would we be told we had to pay an extra $400 for this “private in-house dj” when realistically we paid for this person to come in on saturday night and play for the entire restaurant??? Mario literally spoke in circles & tried to resolve the issue by saying we didn’t have to pay extra anymore for the “dj” aka the older man singing for the entire restaurant…. we had put down a credit card 2 weeks prior to this reservation, as requested by Mario due to our party being large, fine no problem. The entire experience felt so scummy & sketchy & this place clearly was taking advantage of us. We are a group of 30 something year old nurses/cops/teachers/mothers (not that it matters but we are far from disruptive/out of control people) & we were treated so poorly at this establishment, for simply being blind sided with the lack of preparation of tables & taking advantage of us with paying for this “dj”. We were so excited to spend our saturday night at this restaurant, especially because we made the reservations months ago & the entire experience was just horrible. We decided to go elsewhere in town, Alimentari Beach & spent over 5k at another restaurant which had phenomenal food & even better service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALIMENTARI BEACH over this establishment!!! you’ll have better service eating at a mcdonald’s then this place! avoid...

Not the greatest experience. When we arrived, we overheard the table next to us complaining that the food was taking very long and the waitress replied that the kitchen was a bit backed up after the evening dinner rush. When she approached our table, we asked if it would be a long wait and she assured us it wouldn’t be. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken on top and my husband ordered a pasta. We ordered one cocktail. Within just a few minutes, our dinner arrived minus my chicken and minus our cocktail. My husband’s $40 pasta arrived cold and was sent back. Clearly the dishes were pre-made/prepped and not made to order as it took too quick for a pasta dish to arrive and to be cold no less. Assuming they microwaved the pasta to bring it out hot moments later. Minus our drink and still minus the chicken for my salad which we were then told would take a bit to cook. In the meantime, the waitress brought us the drink on the house (we had cancelled it after our food arrived since it still did not materialize). When I finished my salad (aka lettuce and five cucumbers and three tomatos for $12), the chicken arrived which I told the waitress I wasn’t going to eat it at that point since my salad was finished and my husband was already done eating. She removed it from the bill. Also to note, another table next to us never received a pasta dish and a second table next to us was served someThing very undercooked that was then sent back. The waitress was pleasant and I don’t blame her, but clearly this place is either mismanaged or it was having a...

Food was great, but not worth $50+ for each entree. The real reason I’m leaving 2 stars is the service was hilariously bad. We had a reservation made well in advanced and we even showed up early for our reservation. We were told we could wait at the bar while we wait for our table to be prepared which was nice to have that option. BUT we waited at the bar for 45 minutes before actually being seated, and there were at least 10 tables that were empty and prepared - I’m very confused as to why it took so long for service to seat us at a table. So almost an hour wait after checking in early for our reservation that we made earlier that day. The employees at this restaurant are not all there I’m guessing, especially the front entrance person. So after this long wait we spent almost $150 on what was terrible service and decent food. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for your dinner - when you spend a certain amount on a dining experience, you expect exceptional service and food, and you will not find that here. It’s just overpriced. My advice to the management and owner is to adequately train your staff to be more attentive. An hour wait when we had a reservation and there were plenty of tables empty and prepared is ridiculous. Do better.

(Also, when we made our reservation we made it clear that it was a special occasion and there was no acknowledgement...
