I was surprised by bad reviews and wanted to give this place more credits, but I don’t think it deserves it. Just because I don’t see stuff care about costumers. We pay money and you can’t provide a good service. Today I visited Monet show and no concerns about the show, but there was a group of very loud people. Most of the people seem to be extremely bothered because it’s not a bar, we came here to enjoy a film and music not listening to other people’s business. And I get it, some people just don’t have basic ethics, but isn’t stuff job to keep everyone happy and make sure people following the rules? Nobody said anything to them and you could see how people would just slowly fade away, looking very unhappy and irritated. I feel like I waisted my money and time. I couldn’t enjoy neither...
Read moreThe website was confusing and I thought I had bought tickets to the Van Gogh experience. Good thing, I like Monet too. Even after arriving, I wasn’t sure if maybe van Gogh was in a different room. The people I came with were also confused about that. I thought maybe half of the show was Monet and Van Gogh. I finally had to ask a staff member sitting near the exit And found out that van Gogh was only on certain dates and was over. That was disappointing. Aside from that, it was a very cool experience, except we had to stand the whole time which was physically painful for two of us.. I believe there were only two benches. There’s a lot of floor room for chairs and they should’ve been available. I wanted to stay in the room longer, but couldn’t stand the pain anymore from my...

There is only one small criticism: considering how long the entire cycle runs, there really should be more seating inside the room. Seniors and others should not be forced to sit on the floor if they are unable to stand for the duration. And it is kind of ridiculous to see all these unused benches in the passageway on the way out after exiting. One other thing - maybe there should be some advisory someplace, in the reservation screen and maybe again at the physical entrance, that there is a lot of motion in the presentation (including the floor) that could make some people unsteady or queasy. Other than that, marvelous technical...
