Gallery 46 — Attraction in Town of North Elba

This gallery is a must visit! They have some high end traditional art which would be perfect for local vacation homes but they also have some fabulous, unique and modern pieces for any home. We bought several pieces for our mid-century modern in CT and were thrilled to find them. The curator who runs the gallery was thoughtful and professional and helped us think through our purchases and their placement in our home. We found the pricing to be fair and reasonable. We stopped by this small but wonderful little gallery while visiting Lake Placid this October. We worked with Jonathan on picking out a piece of art and he was super knowledgeable about the artists. This gallery is an extension for the Lake Placid Center for the Arts and features local artists. We especially loved Cynthia Rosen, whose impressionistic landscapes using a paint knife caught our eye. Go take a look and bring something beautiful...

I visited Gallery 46 on a Saturday while in Lake Placid recently. The gallery features a large selection of impressive artwork in a variety of different mediums.
