Imagination Station — Local services in Town of North Elba

I've been attending the Lake Placid Summit Lacrosse Tournament in Lake Placid each year since 2000. Last year, I discovered Imagination Station and found a few cool toys for the grandkids. I returned this year looking for a birthday gift for my youngest granddaughter. I found the perfect gift for her, and the staff helped me with a thorough rundown on it. I saw something for my grandson that was a really neat art project, but I wanted to make sure it was suitable for him. I explained that if it were, I would place an order by phone. Kyle gave me his phone number and said, "Whenever you're ready, call - I'll take care of it." Well, it is suitable for him, and I placed the order with Kyle - he remembered exactly what I was referring to and handled everything, probably even faster than if I were there in person. I went to Imagination Station while on a trip to Lake Placid. The staff was extremely friendly, and the store has very unique gifts and souvenirs! I bought a sweatshirt while there, and when I got home I realized there was a hole in the sweatshirt. I called the staff to let them know, and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it right (and I now have a wonderful new sweatshirt)! It is rare to receive such great customer service. Visited this cute shop while in town. Everyone working there was so helpful and enjoyable. I didn't purchase some artwork while I was there and decided to reach out when I got home.
