I bought our wedding rings here 37 years ago. 5 years ago my wife's got stolen I went back to Ben Bridge's and they remade the ring. Then a couple years later my wife was wanting more sparkle in her diamond. I went back to Ben Bridge's and meet Linh I told her what I had and she looked at my account saw what diamond was in the ring and said she could do better with more sparkle. Linh showed me a diamond that was a little bigger than what my wife had and it looked nice so I went ahead and ordered it and told my wife it was time for her ring to be checked and I would take it in and have it checked. It was the first part of December so I was going to surprise her with it for Christmas. When I took the ring in Linh said she had another diamond for me to look at it was bigger and had great sparkle. So after comparing the 2 and much discussion with Linh I decided to go with the bigger one. I forgot to mention that seeings how I bought the remade ring there they put the cost of that diamond towards the purchase of the new one. So when I got home with out my wife's ring I had to tell her that a prong was loose and needed fixed. Linh put a rush on the work so it would be done by Christmas.My wife loved the ring and was glad I went with the bigger diamond. Present time, my wife's ring got stolen again. I went to see Linh and told her what happened and she said we can rebuild it again and said she would get my wife a better diamond than the last one. I just got back from Ben Bridge's and Linh did exactly what she said she would do the diamond is a little bigger and the color is much better one step below colorless. This one on the color scale is a G and the old one was a J so much more sparkle and for the same price as the old one. Linh has done a great job for me she has helped me keep my wife happy and as the saying goes Happy Wife Happy Life. So THANKS TO LINH and if you ever need jewelry go to Ben Bridge's and talk to Linh she will treat you right and work with you to get what you want. Thanks again Linh

Now it's July 8 2021 Once again I had the pleasure of dealing with Linh. It's my wife's and my 40th wedding anniversary this Saturday and my wife dropped a little hint saying did you know that ruby is the gemstone for 40 years. So I went into my personal jeweler Linh and of coarse she found some thing for me to get my wife....

Updated: 3/11/2023 This is the second review I’m putting up here because the team at Ben Bridge Tukwila is truly exceptional. Who would’ve thought that over the last year I could build such a long-lasting relationship with them.

My wife and I stopped by again and made another purchase with Marites (Tess) recently. As usual, she provided us with an amazing experience. She was attentive in helping us selecting the right piece and was able to source it in a timely manner.

She was able to assist me acquiring the coveted Tudor black bay chronograph heritage reverse panda edition on stainless steel bracelet. As a watch collector, I value the process and experience behind watch collecting. Meeting the right people to help you along the collecting journey plays a tremendous part in deciding whether watch collecting is a pleasant experience or not.

Tess is not just a “sales associate” she’s a dear friend of mine now. We can talk about anything from our families, food, vacations, and everything in between. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Tess for every milestone and hoping one day obtaining my grail watch.

Purchasing a Rolex watch in times with shortages due to increase of demand can certainly feel like an impossible task. I was grateful to be able to have Marites (Tess) on my side. Having visited multiple authorize dealer's in the country, I can say Ben Bridge is lucky to have Marites be part of their team. Everyone at this store makes you feel comfortable and welcoming without the pressure of settling anything less. One thing I like about Marites is she is always responsive to my questions and always focus on customer needs.
