The environment is really subpar in service. Walked in once hoping to buy some new clothes for practice; reached out to the employees both at the front and on floor and was ignored (assumed they were busy bc they were checking something at the registrar/their devices). I tried looking for some good designs I could buy in store; sadly from both the regular prices and sales there wasn't anything to look at. Since most of my sizes are sold out already I ended up having to place an order for the ones I wanted, which isn't too much of a problem. My main issue was the overall customer service from the employees that I did not enjoy on top of everything else. When I finally got an employee to help me out; I can't say the experience was very welcoming. While I get asking to grab a different size is tedious, however, I asked only once while trying on sizes for the particular jacket I ordered as all of the ones I picked were too large for me. I could clearly see + hear the employees conveyingly disappointed at me for simply asking. It's basic customer requests please don't take it personal I can't help you if your upset with your job. Anyways, I came back once my order arrived in store. I saw the same employees who helped me previously and they stared at me and asked "oh you're back here again..." and walked off. Although I am here to just pick up, I do feel that was just unecessary on their part. Honestly, ordering online from the website and having it shipped to my parent's place was a better option. I thought in store would've been more convenient so I can wear it asap but I guess not. I do not know if they hold any biases against their customers as a higher end store for sports and activewear; however, if a person clearly needs help and is very transparent they will buy, I think you should actually try to provide help before laying on prenotions or personal...

I bought my first pair of menâs joggers a few weeks ago and they ended up getting a small tear at the cuff (due to carelessness on my part) so I called in to see if they could do hem work to sew the small tear (I read on the website they did hemming which I thought was pretty cool).
Marly took my call and was super friendly in explaining what they could and couldnât do. She said they couldnât do hem work on the joggers (which totally makes sense because of how theyâre designed) but if it was a small tear in the cuff just sewing it should be fine.
When I came in to drop them off I was greeted right away by a friendly employee which was really nice.
I started to explain to the individual that I was there in order to get my joggers fixed and had spoken with someone over the phone and she was like âoh yeah, that was me!â
As we talked and I showed her the little tear she was like you know what let me check something real quick, she had someone check in the front for something and they came back with another pair and she ended up replacing my pair! Wow! Made my day! Totally wasnât expecting that....

Im not familiar with lululemon sizes so I tried a 4 & 6 which are my typical size in jeans. Size 4 was tiny so I went with the 6 and rushed out. After some time wearing my size 6 I decided they were tighter than I like them to be and I decided to order a few more pairs this time in size 8. My hiking pants were huuuge so I wrote off all pairs I ordered and waited for a chance to bring them in. Fast-forward 10 days and I was able to make it into the store where I was helped by CJ. She was able to exchange two pairs for me and also encourage me to try on the pairs that I hadnât tried on yet because different styles can fit differently. I ended up really liking two that I ordered and exchanged what I didnât. to top it off, things I bought since were discounted and I was able to get 4 pairs I was happy with and $77 back! CJ was terrific and her attitude and work ethic is top notch. I felt bad coming in within the last 30 minutes of the store being open but she didnât make me feel like a pain in the ass.
