Came in on the 27th to get an SNS mani and a gel pedi. The gel pedi was great, speedy and efficient (and still going strong)- the SNS mani was a different story. I had a lot of trouble communicating what I wanted to the staff and the lady also couldn't explain what their "happy hour" deal was, which I thought I was getting. They also offered complimentary champagne.
This was my first time getting SNS so I didn't know exactly what to expect. I was also a little buzzed (thanks champagne) so I did not immediately pick up on certain issues. The nail tech did not sanitize my hands prior to service, but immediately began buffing and shaping. They also dipped my nails directly into the powder jar (instead of a separate container). I got a pink ombre with medium/long-ish coffin shaped nails. It took a lot longer than I expected but the nail tech seemed really focused on getting a perfect shape. The end result was gorgeous, but I think I overpaid. (total $125 before tip), maybe it was because I asked for ombre (or maybe the nail tips which I didn't request), but it definitely was not what was on the price list.
A couple days after I noticed a couple of the nails are lifting which means the tips were not placed on well, so they are getting debris caught under them. It's been two weeks and it is almost time for a fill but I'm debating bothering to get them filled at a different salon or taking them off all together since there are probably greenies at this point. Regardless, I won't return here and would not recommend it, they are not clean and there a cheaper spots. Will update if I find a fungus or my...

After the twenty minute wait we were taken back to pedicure chairs and given the complimentary sparkling wine. My friend then proceeded to wait about 15 minutes before her pedicurist began, while I had to wait 30 minutes. What was supposed to be a 20-minute wait became a 50-minute wait. I had to ask when someone would be coming given the wait before my pedicurist arrived. He then rushed through my pedicure, barely working on the soles of my feet. At mimosa there are pedicure types and once they’ve clipped your toes they give you a list of pedicures to choose which you’d like. I was not given a choice, instead he rushed through the basic pedicure ostensibly to make up time from my wait. After my pedicure finished I went to have my gel nails done which was mostly fine except again he rushed quite a bit, leading to him nicking my finger creating a cut. It was a busy night and they clearly had too many customers but rather than providing accurate wait times I ended up waiting 30 minutes past what I was told and subjected to a...
