Ive been sending all my children to this skate rank for many years,how there is NO GOOD SUPER VISION ON SKATE NIGHTS LET ALONE ON ALL NIGHTERS...MY DAUGHTER HAD A RUN IN WITH A GIRL AND HER FRIENDS,THEY BROKE INTO HER LOCKER AND STOLED HER MONEY AND PHONE, AS SHE CALLED ME CRYING I TOLD HER THERE WAS NOT MUCH WE COULD DO! BY THE END OF THE NIGHT MY DAUGHTER WAS COMING OUT OF THE RANK AND SOME GIRLS MADE FOUL GESTURES SAYING HAVE FUN WITHOUT A PHONE!! SHE ASKED THE GIRLS ""HOW DO U KNOW MY PHONE IS MISSING?? THE GIRLS WERE ALL LAUGHING!JASMINE WENT INSIDE AND TOLD ONE OF THE SO CALLED WORKERS ABOUT THE MATTER SHE TOLD TOO THEM EARLIER WHEN IT FIRST HAPPENED.THIER REPLY WAS...WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT CAUSE THERES NO PROOF!!! SHE THEN WENT BACK TO THE FEMALES AND IT TURNED INTO A FIGHT!!! COME TO FIND OUT NOT ONLY DID SHE LOSE A $200DOLLER PHONE AND CASH,SKATE LAND HAS TAKEN HER PRIDE AND JOY AWAY FROM HER ONLY BECAUSE THEY DIDNOT TRY TO HELP THE MATTER WHEN IT HAPPENED BEFORE ANY FIGHTING WAS GOING ON! ASK YOURSELF WHY DO YOU THINK IT WAS OK THAT MY DAUGHTER BELONGING WERE TAKENED OUT OF THERE BUILDING AND SHE WAS HUMILITED! BUT YET SHE WAS BANDED OUT OF SKATING AND ALL THE OTHERS THAT WAS INVOLED WAS NOT! HOW DO WE TEACH ARE CHILDREN RIGHT FROM WRONG WHEN THE ADULTS ARE DOING THE WRONG THING AS WELL! FAMILY OWNED...BULL DONKEY.....THIS ISNT FAIR AT ALL....WERES HER JUSTICE ....IF YOUR EMPLOYES JUST WOULD HAVE GIVEN ALITTLE CONCERN AND RESPECT TO TRY TO FIGURE A SITUATION BEFORE IT WENT WERE IT DID!!! THINK BEFORE SENDING YOUR CHILDREN TO A FAMILY PLACE CAUSE THEY ALLOW ALL THE WRONG PEOPLE THERE,OR MAYBE FIGURE OUT A DIFFERENT PLAN THAT IS FAIR FOR ALL NOT THE PERSON HAVING TO FIGHT HER OWN BATTLES CAUSE THE FACILITY WASNT HAVING NO HELP IN THE PROMBLEM! SHE DID TRY TO INVOLE THE RIGHT PEOPLE,"THEY ARE THE ONES TO BLAME ...NOT...

We gave it another try and let's just say it was not great but ok. Wifi was an issue. The involved a reloaded card for the games n it's connected to their internet n it kept booting out n when u swipe the card it actually takes all your credits. I bought $20 which gave I think 400+ credits n after two swipes it was empty. Never again. We'll come for skating that's it

Our last visit was not fun at all hopefully we can give it another try however we wish they would have a special needs night. A night where the music is not too loud, lights are not too crazy and the staff are better trained to be appropriate especially if they're kids are they're like neither should be making fun of anyone they should always be respectful and professional.

Our first time we had a lot of fun. It was my kids first time n within n hour my son went from practicing on the carpet to the green wall then to being out on the floor. I was Soo proud my little girl still needs time. The only reason I gave four stars is that only 2-3 games out of more than a dozen worked. I wanted to give 3 stars however the staff did do all they could to make it right when quarters were lost etc. Sadly I lost my phone with the pictures we took

Our second time was not good at all except my kids made friends and had some fun until things caused an emotional melt down n with kids having special needs it's hard to really tell when n why however one staff n her kids were pointing and making fun of my daughter which is not right at all so If u have children with special needs u may not want to bring them here. If they have an emotional reaction to something the staff who had their children there will encourage their children to point n laugh at them the staff will...

Beware the spectators have to pay 15$ for entering inside. Daytime looting. UPDATE - Changing review stars 🌟 single due to the recent experience. I was wrong with my previous experience. I took my toddler who was crying to see the skating with his elder sister and her friend. When we enquired with the cashier who her told that she is a manager was rudely told us that you need to get ticket to enter for watching as well. This was ridiculous. Then we asked another lady who was very nice and let my son to watch. The earlier cashier who was inside got to know and started staring at us as if we were thieves and stealing something. My son got scared because of her look and started crying my I literally told that we will leave in 5 minutes and don’t have any intention of skating. Finally she left only after we came out. It’s not matter of the money rather the use of the service when you pay 15$. The lady is very arrogant and has too much attitude. I wish she will realise one day be for it’s late. Not a place to go.

It was our first visit there. My daughter loved it. The staff is very friendly. Only the cash is accepted. The price of the food is bit costly other than it’s a place for everyone who loves to skate and enjoy. They do have lots of game...
