H-E-B Curbside — Attraction in Waxahachie

The H-E-B curbside option was excellent, especially when it first started and into early 2025. My recent 5 experiences have been poor. Issues include missing items on every order and continued issues with how they pack many heavy items in one bag. I’ve talked to their office and I’ve talked to the store to no avail. It’s really a shame because the H-E-B offerings are great, but it’s becoming less and less attractive as a result of these issues. Someone is not paying attention to running...

40min wait for groceries. I paid extra to wait 😐really??! They are short staffed, Then they have to stop running for customers to run driver orders out. This feature is great but there are so many kinks that need to worked out. We have done the delivery twice and both times they forgot all meats & frozens on top of being over an hour late. If your delivering several orders, carry a cooler, meat shouldn't be sitting in a backseat for an hr!!! I might as well shop...

Glad to see HEB again after a long year away! Can we get yall to come to Williamsburg, VA? Yall would squash Publix and Harris Teeter out just like we did Randall's in Houston. I remember when HEB was basically a warehouse that grew up into a beautiful swan.
