This store has the absolute worst customer service. I returned something the same day I got it and the cashier who rung me up told me that the money would return back on my card in 3 days. 7 days later and the money still hasn’t went back on my card. So I called and told them what happened and the manager said to come by. I came and waited on the line and told a cashier the story. She understood it and asked someone to help her, they talked for a bit and then asked the girl who did my return if she remembers. She said it was her first day ringing and she clicked cash on accident instead of putting my money back on my card. Then after the cashier taught her how to do it right she called someone else to help her. This woman looked at my receipt and started talking on her walkie to bring another manager. Mind you, I called beforehand so that this wouldn’t take long and it already has been 15 minutes just trying to sort everything out. The cashier then told me to step aside so she can ring up other customers and that the manager will be with you. The manager came and explained that he has to check the cameras, so I said yeah that’s fine. Another 15 or so minutes later he comes and says I’m sorry but I can’t help you out today because the tech guy that has access to the cameras isn’t here. Like what???? You really just made us wait 30 minutes for you to say that??? A manager should clearly know when their tech guy comes instead of just stalling. Then the same manager JUST realized that the cashiers name on the receipt was working and he “made sure with her that she did the return”. Bruhhhhh I’ve been told your cashiers the situation and you didn’t even bother checking the receipt. I can’t believe the lack of organization this store has. Read moreI went in to get cleats, shin guards and a new air pump for my son. When we came in no one greeted us. I have never been to this store before, I didn’t know where anything was. After looking around for a while I saw someone and asked if they knew where I should go and she directed me to upstairs. Once arriving upstairs there was no one there. I walked around for a bit until I found someone who could direct me to the soccer section. There were a couple people there already and two workers in the area. I asked the customer representative if he knew where men’s cleats were, he pointed and said anything we have would be over there. After looking at a couple cleats my son said he knew what he wanted but there was no one to be found. I assumed the would be back after helping a customer but it was a ghost town. Which annoyed my soul, you saw other people in the area why would you leave ? I noticed a kiosk, so we placed an order and waited about 15 minutes with no answer. I proceeded to call the store to let them know we needed help. After being in the stove for over an hour, I was rather annoyed! Luckily that’s when Kelwin showed up to help up. He was delightful and apologetic. He helped us pick out shoes , checked my sons shoe size and made sure we had the right fit. He took his time to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped another person who needed help. You should have more customers representatives like Kelwin! I'm not even sure if corporate could help this particular location seems tobe a low moral ,lack of motivation and unprofessionalism with staff and management I just ask a simple question about my points a online order on the app how the associate kept me waiting for another associate who took forever to come from the back or where ever then ask to see if a manger could help but I'm sure the person I spoke with was no manger making feel like an idiot for asking a simple question being sassy and condescending with a remarks like you should get an iPhone like what does that have to do with the app? Seriously...
