Might want to check on there customer service skill, from what I’m seeing collectively have the same area of problems… forgetting items multiple times to have an customer stand in front of a cashier but no one help him, I say he was there for good 10 mins and there was multiple employee walk by and saw him, oh yeah that was ME! People believe that they can take their dog anywhere they want. They do not care that restaurant can be turned in the health department and fined. No service dog vest and the dog was on the seat. This company is the worst. I used to work in chowking and one day Sir Alex told my team and I to go to the main office. Mind you we woke up at 5am and drove for about 2 hours. Once we got there Sir Alex said he didn’t need us anymore. He reimbursed us with gas and gave us food, without saying sorry to us. Its not even about the food and gas money.
