ZAGG West Covina — Attraction in West Covina

Did warranty replacement for screen protection. For years I have sent in for the warranty replacement for $9.99 shipping fee. I called the West Covina Zagg Kiosk and spoke to a young girl who answered from her cell phone in her car? She quoted me the price of $10.00. That was the same as the nominal shipping fee charge. I went to the WC Kiosk and had to look for the employee, even going to another kiosk asking if there was someone working at the Zagg location? Finally a girl in belly shirt and trucker hat showed up. I asked for a warranty glass replacement and she said, "that's $12.00"? I told her I was already quoted $10.00. That only enhanced her already bad attitude. She could not get the screen saver on correctly and broke the end. I asked her how long the kiosk had been in the mall and she told me she had worked for Zagg for 9 months???The entire time, I could see why her 'tip jar' was full of dust!! I paid and left w/my receipt. Amber with her bad attitude left all sorts of black dust under my screen saver. I called when I got home and spoke to Jesse who told me to come back with my receipt to get another screen saver. She also agreed that Amber has a terrible attitude? Just my luck I got to see this prize of a employee once more! It's a dis-service to subject paying customers to such misfits of society. I much rather mail in for my future warranty replacements as I am treated well for...

Went there after years of not having this as a screen protector. And it's amazing works very well I have the privacy one. For my S24ultra and the young ladie there was very sweet and also replaced my protector and I bought a new case as well. Very great work. I'm adding to this one. I replaced my privacy one and got the clear glass. It's good but I just had to get a replacement after 4 days maybe just a bad one. But she changed really fast and it's always fast. I'm happy I have a protector on my s24 ultra. I did buy the magic John's one on TikTok and it was good and easy to do but didn't read finger print very well. This one from zagg reads good I do need to re do them but all in all very happy. Might just try the other one they offer. But I would like to try and get a different case I did trade my otter box for there case and just traded that one in to get a new case happy with case but can't put a magnet on it the back isn't flat. Or if they have the massage ones...

March 1 2024 - Back again, but this them to get my daughter’s new phone set up. It seems like a pricey investment at first to get the glass protector with viewing protector, a case and a camera cover, but I expect these products to last! Quality and customer service is excellent!

Jan 7 2024 - Back again bc I can’t seem to stop dropping my phone! Had the camera cover changed out and we’re back to being new again!

Zagg has saved the life of my phone too many times! Today, I came in to fix my screen, camera cover and purchase a new phone case. Today, Josie gave my phone full TLC replacing all those items. Looks like a brand new phone again! Not only did she provide fast service, but excellent customer service as well. I’ll always choose zagg...
