While the mall offers a wide array of shopping options and a pleasant atmosphere for shoppers, there are significant concerns regarding door security and overall maintenance that jeopardize the safety of visitors.

During my recent visits, I've observed several doors that are either malfunctioning or in disrepair. These issues not only create inconvenience for shoppers but also pose serious life safety risks. In emergency situations, such as a fire or other urgent evacuations, malfunctioning doors can hinder access and egress, potentially leading to dire consequences.

Moreover, the lack of regular maintenance on these critical fixtures raises additional concerns. Doors that do not lock properly or are difficult to open can create vulnerabilities that may be exploited by unauthorized individuals, compromising the security of both shoppers and retail establishments.

To address these issues, I strongly recommend that Tanger Outlets Mall consider implementing a Repair and Replacement Contract focused on door maintenance and security enhancements. This proactive measure would not only help ensure a safer shopping environment but also demonstrate a commitment to the well-being of customers and employees alike.

In conclusion, while the Tanger Outlets Mall has much to offer, it is imperative that management takes immediate action to rectify these safety concerns. By prioritizing door repairs and maintenance, we can create a shopping experience that is not only enjoyable but also secure.

There is a lot of acreage to this outlet shopping area and it's unrealistic to think, unless you're in good shape ,that you will be able to walk from one area to another. On the other hand if you want to go to a particular store it's easy enough to park in front hop in and hop out. I specifically wanted to go to the HomeGoods store and see what they had. I did not find that the pricing was any different than what I found in my local HomeGoods store. I don't know if they were getting prepared to receive new product but I found them lacking in quantity. On the upside because it wasn't so busy as I found other stores it was easy to get out. I also visited the TJ Maxx store there and was surprised that they are items that I don't see normally in the T-maxx stores. Clean, Well-Maintained, and Great Store Selection

I had a great experience at Tanger Outlets! The property is very nicely maintained—everything from the walkways to the landscaping was clean and well-kept, which made for a really pleasant shopping environment.

There’s a wonderful selection of stores, with a good mix of popular brands and outlet deals. I was able to find everything I needed (and a few things I didn’t know I needed!).

Another bonus: there are great food options nearby, all within easy walking distance, which made it convenient to grab a bite without having to move the car or leave the area.
