Imax Theatre — Attraction in West Valley City

It's a pretty good theater. Lots of choices for movies and times. Good choice of food to get though the food it pricey. They have both normal seating and a few luxury seats (back and foot rest move) that cost more. They have IMAX, 3D and regular screenings. Tuesday's all movies, screening types and seating are only $5.35 all day. You can pre-order your tickets through apps like atom and pick them up via the automated machine. You can either buy tickets from a person or the automated machine. There is tons of parking on all sides of the mall.

If your plus sized or have large hips/butt don't worry the seating is very comfy and will allow you to sit w/o squashing...

Best IMAX Experience in SLC!

Hands down the best IMAX theater in Salt Lake City! The screen is massive and crystal clear, with stunning visuals and booming, immersive sound that truly makes you feel part of the action. Seats are super comfortable with plenty of space, and the entire theater is clean and well-maintained.

I liked it but what's up with the seats? There are regular seats and then there are reclining seats. But you have to pay extra for the good seats. There are other theaters that offer reclining seats throughout the theater and you don't pay extra for them. I'd rather have reclining seats no matter where I sit. We could have sat where we usually do but the good seats weren't available. I did like being able to purchase the tickets at the kiosk. That was cool. But...
