A Hidden Gem in Wichita Falls
The salon is located on Kemp in the old Pier 1 Imports building, so it's not exactly hidden.
This place is by far the most unique and aesthetic nail salon in town for its ambiance and excellent customer service. The staff are friendly and pleasant from the moment you walk in until you leave. They offer a variety of drinks, including alcohol, and a dedicated snack bar with free treats to enjoy while you wait. There are robots that deliver your drinks and nail supplies, adding a fun and futuristic touch to your visit.
Iâve been a regular customer since they opened, and never been disappointed. The technicians, especially Anna and Thu, are highly skilled and always recommend beautiful designs. Theyâre also very accommodating of special requests.
In addition to nail services, they offer waxing and eyelash extensions. My friend came in for eyelash extensions and was absolutely in love with the result.
The salon is spacious and clean, making it perfect for a weekend hangout with friends or family. Itâs also a great spot for a nail party. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other nail salons in town. They also sell lotions and other gifts, so you can take home a little luxury for yourself or a loved one. If you want to look pretty and enjoy a fantastic salon experience, come check...
Read moreI went about a week ago and had a mani and pedi. I got a chemical burn on my ankles and feet from products they used and as a 35 week pregnant woman in the heat of summer with already swollen feet and ankles this was the absolute worst. They apologized profusely and I definitely donât hold it against them but I did have to ice my feet when I got home. When the girl that was going to do my mani came by the manager sent her to another person leaving the lady doing my pedi rushing to finish both the mani and pedi. I had paint all over my toes which I didnât see until I got home cause again Iâm pregnant and canât really see my toes all that well lol. After all that I got a $15 discount on an $80 pedicure that wasnât even half done and was extremely painful and my gel polish has already peeled off on 4 nails and 6 toe nails. I have no problem with the nail tech (she probably does a great job when she isnât being rushed) but the place seems to be mismanaged. I most likely wonât be going back. Even with the aesthetics and drinks it doesnât make up for the way customers are treated and the quality of the service provided. At 8 months pregnant in the middle of summer all I wanted was to be pampered a little and relax. That was definitely...
Read moreThe Manager, I think her name is Lily, needs better training. Me and the wife went here awhile back and had made appointments, but the Mgr tried to give us to someone else that we didn't know since she gave our requested workers other customers. People make appointments because they are comfortable with those workers. So we both had to wait until they were available again. While waiting, I took a wrong turn looking for the bathroom and the Mgr was sitting with others playing cards and laughing and being loud to where other customers could hear. Not a very relaxing experience. When we left, we saw her giving a man a Pedicure. I'm sure she gets Mgr pay, why not let one of the workers who were sitting around who needs the money more have the Pedicure job. The little robot bringing the drinks and the salon music was cool though. It's right across the street from Red Lobster, so it's a convenient location after lunch. No need for the Owner to respond, we'll come back when there is a different Mgr. Update: It appears from a few new favorable reviews that she has recognized her flaws and stepped up her game. Kudos to...
