Green's Bike Rental — Attraction in Wildwood Crest

Owners are horrible, rude, ignorant people. We went there to rent bikes and while the adults of our group were picking out their bikes we were asked very rudely to remove our 3 and 4 year old children from their property because according to the owner our 3 small children were blocking up his driveway. We tried putting the children on the sidewalk however every time other bike riders would come up the side walk our children were pushed into the busy street so we moved them back up to the front of his driveway off to the side. We were asked rudely again to put the children by the street again and we explained to him why we did not want the children in the street. He then proceeded to take the bikes we were renting from him and put them away and told us to get off his property. I had my own bike with me and he actually took my brand new bike and threw it into the street. A women fell in the process of this on his property and I actually watched them ram those bike 4 seater bikes with the awnings into the backs of the injured women and her husband because they were in the middle of his driveway. As she laid there injured and crying the jerk actually tried to pick her up to remove her from his property. Then in front of our children, he took their bikes and threw them into the street as well actually hitting my 3 year old nephew and his Mother in the legs. Our poor children were traumatized by these people and days later now are still having nightmares because of it. These people turned a family vacation into a terrifying nightmare. The worst bike rental in Wildwood New Jersey and Wildwood Crest. The family bike didn't work, no brakes. Our 2 year old son hated it we were out for 30 minutes. They are 1 hour and thirty minute rentals. No "NO REFUNDS" signs anywhere. We went back and politely asked for a partial refund, not even our full $40 back and they wouldn't bend at all. The two older guys there are so rude and unprofessional. Basically yelled at us and told us "thanks for riding our bikes" when we were telling them about the experience we had. The older manager is even rude to the 2 kids working there, we should have seen that reg flag to begin with. They're cash only and they probably do that so you can't take it up with your credit card company after having a terrible experience with them. Owner is very rude and obnoxious. I made a polite comment that they shut their doors a bit too early (5pm) and I got a tirade about how they've been in business for 40 years and know what they are doing.. and that I shouldn't tell them (which I totally didn't) what to do.
