Warehouse Wicker — Attraction in Wildwood

I grew up in North Jersey and have vacationed at the Jersey shore my entire life. My sister retired in Cape May and although I now live in Maryland I come to visit every couple of months. I bought a lamp the end of August an when I got home, I realized that I should have purchased the taller version of the same lamp. I stopped by this past weekend to do that and I was told two weeks was their policy and that I could not exchange it. Plus also that the shade was a different size on the taller one and since I had unwrapped that shade it still didn't matter because their policy said.... My sister has the taller version and both shades are the same size. I would have kept the shade and just paid the extra for the taller lamp. But... their policy said two weeks. I was very disappointed as I had also intended to look for an end table that day, but after that, I was afraid to purchase one. I did not want to return the lamp, I just wanted to exchange it and pay the extra for the taller one. I was so disappointed with the manager at both locations. I do love Cape May Wicker, but will now surely hesitate purchasing a larger piece from them...

I've driven past this place a zillion times but have always been on too tight a schedule to stop. I'm glad I finally scheduled a trip, and in the quiet season. The inventory is very similar to what you'll find in Cape May Wicker, but with less emphasis on the wicker and many one-of-a-kind, unique pieces. Lots of tourist-kitsch, selections from $1 to $100. When I was there (April) they had about 25% of the store on clearance, with bright, easy-to-spot tags. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I'd recommend as an alternative for adults (I wouldn't take kids) on rainy days. Note: both of the last 2 driveways off of Rio Grande will get you in, take the 1st/eastern one because if you miss the 2nd/western one you're on your way over the bridge to...

My favorite place to shop. Items are so perfectly priced and variety is plenty. Spend hours looking through this amazing warehouse. Came over by ferry, found a table I absolutely fell in love with went back over the ferry to get vehicle to transport table. Jumped on ferry again and got it. Beautiful for my decor. Look forward to each year checking out new merchandise. Make a point to check this...
