Primal Glass — Attraction in Wilkes-Barre Township

Only reason I'm leaving any stars is because of the beautiful Glassware, they do have a great selection, you can def find what your looking for, now that's the prob, you def have to know personally what you want or need because if you need help" forget about it" if your not there to spend a grand there really is no customer help, but I can't totally blame the owner/employees, I know it's one of those grey areas in PA, but if you have a valid legal medical marijuana card, you should be able to talk without fear of prosecution, if you or the stores employees accidentally say the wrong terminology and the man sends in an undercover the store can be shut down etc, so I guess I understand, but still this store would be alot better if everything wasn't ridiculously overpriced, I have been purchasing glassware since before it was even cool, and let me tell ya a five hundred dollar piece breaks just as quick and easy as a ten dollar piece, it just sucks that much more lol, so don't just go in thinking price equals quality, all about the...

Well the first time I went in here I was amazed at how much stuff they had. The second time I went in I was amazed at how much stuff they had and I still didn't get to look at everything. And I found out on the second trip that there's a return customer percentage off that's really awesome way to say thank you to their customers and they do layaway. Really awesome customer service I believe you can make payments on your layaway over the phone too pretty sure about that some places don't do that but I'm pretty sure this place does everybody in there was just really really really awesome really happy with the pen that I bought there ..... This place is amazing and has the BEST STAFF! I called and they knew what I was looking for and I only had 30 minutes to get there b4 close. I called them back to let them know I was on my way and I arrived a few minutes b4 close and they were actually waiting on me. You never see customer service like that on a weekend night, where they could have been out early, having fun but they were true professionals. The best part...thet were ALL friendly when I walked in. I can think of MANY stores where employees would give attitude for the last minute nature of my visit but not at Primal. Then the prices were amazing for such a high end shop too! My friends and I will now go out of our way to go there in the future. Im already dropping hints for gift card for my bday or Christmas. This is the kind of smoke/vape shop that welcomes you, makes you feel like family and has affordable QUALITY!
