Normally I donât complain much unless Iâm given an issue the past 3 times Iâve been here the first time I waited at the drive up order station no answers not serving the stations did the drive through food was good no signs for the drive ups though. 2nd time 1 car in front of me did the drive through food was good wait time was pretty rough 10/15 minutes after the order with only one care in front of me no one else in the lot. Today I went to place an order did the drive up got an answer within 30 seconds voice was very very dim thought it was the drive through they said hello again very rudely. I asked if they had the $1.99 specials still going on she had me repeat I repeated it. Then she said âthe whoâ I said the same thing again no answer for 3 minutes went to the drive through. Pretty sure it was the same girl. I pulled up the menu on my phone ordered 2 grilled cheese burgers she had me repeat took her 3-4 minutes to get it up on the screen then asked if I wanted anything else said the chili cheese coney then had me repeat it then after not answering me or moving on with the order paused for 10 seconds she was like you said the chili cheese coney at that point I was beyond frustrated and pulled out of the drive through the car behind me left with 10 seconds in the drive through while I was at the stop sign by the mall. Very poor service very rude employees. Verbally canât speak straight. Place seems like itâs ran by ghetto people who donât know what theyâre doing. I understand if someone is new having small issues and getting help but either they arenât getting trained right or helped at all or just have really shitty job ethics. I donât see myself going back here for awhile and if I do Iâll try an online order and post a review if that goes well if not my service at this location is done. Miss how it was before it was closed down for awhile then re opened mall owners rent costed it to food the first time this time it might just be the service on why no one is ever really ordering there which is totally understandable. I find it very interesting that all these negative reviews havenât changed anything from management in this business. I could tell you what happened someone bought the sonic literally hired people off the street didnât train them at all. I just walked away, hoping that money could just start flowing in. So please everyone here, for god sakeâs. Their management is an absolute worst talk about fast food.    Read moreCan i give 0 stars to the service? They are awful. I ordered at 8:56pm. Waited 25 minutes and then hit the red button. At least 10 cars went through the drive thru while I sat there. The lady came on and said they were only doing drive thru. Serving in the order they came in. I was here long before most of those cars. They couldnt tell me that as soon as i ordered? The lady was very rude. Said shes a manager, gave so much attitude and yelled at me. She should be fired. You cant talk to customers like that. Makes me not want to go back. Then shes cleaning while handling food? Thats unsanitary. If shes the only one here like she claims, close the damn store. But the manager straight up lied as there was another person in there and they were talking crap to each other about us and others with the drive thru window wide open where us and other customers could hear it perfectly. They wouldnt give their names. The food tasted okay, but it was def sitting for a while. I used the chat to contact support. While they were helpful they tried to offer gift cards less than my order. No thanks. They did do a refund. Then they said they would pass the feedback to the store. What good is that? My complaint was about a manager there.
