Target — Attraction in Wilkes-Barre Township

I used to be a hardcore Walmart shopper for everything but when the local Target started carrying groceries it became my one stop shop for it all. They take your coupons and let you stack with their coupons no problem. I think all the cashiers I had were very nice to me. You can't beat their gift card deals either. There isn't a ton of people running around here like in Walmart. You won't find a bigger variety in groceries like Wally World but I will take it that way. You also won't find interesting gourmet type foods in Walmart but Target's Archer Farms and Market Pantry brands cover that. About a week ago I went to Target WB.. Long story short, at check out, the unnamed employee, threw everything I had into my cart giving me an unpleasant experience. This lead to stuff being broken, and bleach exploded all over my belongings.. food, pillows, everything. I’m just standing there in shock, confused. I mentioned to this employee, and they saw no wrong in it and sent me on my way. I then made my way to the customer service.. with everything I just bought being soaked in bleach - the whole team helped me. I get it’s the holiday season and stores are busy but how rude is it when you wait in line for more then 10 minutes to be the next person in line to have the cashier turn off the register light and clock out while you’re still in line. Follow that up by the next cashier doing the same thing the minute I get in line. It takes less 10 seconds to say to someone politely I’m sorry my shift ends in 5 minutes and I have to punch out on time. If I would have done that to someone at my job I would be written up immediately. That’s rude and unacceptable and not the first time it happened either to me at Target either.
