Carpet Depot Interiors — Attraction in Winona Lake

We just finished our new house and carpet depot interiors did our floors, kitchen, cabinets, and countertops, bathroom, shower tiles and vanities. I am giving them a three balancing out the quality of their work with their communication and organization. I give them a five for the quality of their work, especially floors as they did a wonderful job and everything is beautiful. Their kitchen cabinets and countertops And bathrooms, including showers and vanities are all stunning. However, the organization and communication was absolutely awful. Judy is great at picking out colors and matching patterns and helping people find what’s perfect for their home but can’t keep anything straight and soon everything was completely confused and messed up. Eric had to step in and make things right even though they were a mess. They did not order enough shower tile and one bathroom and backsplash in the kitchen so we had to wait till that came in. They had made a number of mistakes on the kitchen cabinet layout, even though they had the blueprints right in front of them and we had to correct them over and over again. Our general contractor was very frustrated And he had numerous conversations with them. My suggestion, if you decide to use them for your home, just watch them like a hawk and never turn your back on the planning and organization, and have a good general contractor to hold their feet to the fire. Amazing customer service! I can't say enough good things about this place and the owners and employees. Everyone was very helpful from the beginning with picking out materials and asking and answering questions through the whole install. Everyone working on the install was super friendly and very polite and respectful. If you're looking for new carpet or vinyl flooring or cabinets and counter tops they have a huge selection to pick from and will help you through the whole process. Habitually unresponsive but after quite a bit of calling and texting they came through and finished the job. Dinged up quite a bit of paint - some understandable, some not. We were asked to do our own carpet measure and got it wrong so this also caused problems. Carpet installer said he would come back and staple down carpet on porch once it relaxed but had to convince them to come back and do what they promised. Great stock but...
