I wouldn’t buy anything else from them my brother and I spent $8000 with them in September. His chain is literally falling apart it’s flat and flimsy when it supposed to be firm and sturdy $2,200 for a piece of crap
!!! UPDATE!!! Brother took chain back 10/24 they said they would fix it but it would be flat instead of it's original rope like form. Today 10/28 he was calling to see how long before it would be fix they told him they couldnt find it. He goes to store the owner says oh it was sent to California being replaced because of manufacturer's defect and asked if he could remove the bad review that I posted. A hour later the owner calls him and say come pick chain up they don't want his business. He goes to get chain and asks him why the run around and sudden change he just says get out his store he doesn't want his business. He looks at chain and notice it's in worse condition it was before the dropped off. My brother doesn't like confrontation so he took chain and left. He's been nice and treated poorly and unfairly but we're pushing this to the full extent. Count your days New...

They fixed it for free when the first one fell out, but now won't exchange or fix it unless we pay and blamed it on me. I work in a restaurant, so I don't wear it to work, only when I go out, but it is my engagement ring and I want to wear it all the time. Now I can't wear it at all for fear of losing more. I called to talk to the owner and the lady that answered the phone said she would give them a message and have them call. Needless to say, I have not heard from them. Bad customer service, bad business.

Read morePlease be aware of their return policy, at this place, first off the gentleman that sold me the chain was very nice, but all the others in the establishment was very rude to me. A simple transaction turned into a nightmare with this place, just wanted to do return which on the website states* you can return merchandise as long as it is in its original state. i bought the item 1 week ago and then found out it would be 150 a month for 18months, i myself did not realize it would be that, my bad! but overall as a company make things right and don’t be rude to your customers that pay your bills, if this saves someone from being stuck with a purchase your not completely satisfied with , then please make sure it’s something you really want and can pay for, overall it’s probably better to go to zales or jared’s....
