Sharky's Beach Shop — Attraction in Yarmouth

I had purchased a shirt (long sleeve tee with hood) Among other items. When I received my email receipt, I noticed that the shirt was charged at $29. I remember pick up this exact shirt, the one on the front of the rack and looked at the tag, which contained a fluorescent orange sticker marked $19 (could have been $19.99, but either way, started with 19).

I am far from an extra small so I replaced the shirt and sifted to the back to find my size. I assumed it would also be the same price as it was the exact same color/style/print. And then I didn’t notice till we were up the road and on to the next stop for us and saw the email receipt, the 30% price discrepancy.

The email receipt came with a yes/no survey if we were satisfied. I answered no and added feedback that the shirt rung up for $29 as opposed to $19 so that the issue could be remedied by the store.

And then I got this response from the store. In my opinion, an accusation rather than some sort of simple “I am sorry” or “thanks for letting us know”.

No, I don’t want store credit. No I don’t want to come back out of my way. Ideally, a refund would be nice but 30 min back to the store for a store credit when I’m not a fan of how I was addressed as a customer.

Just check the register price item by item...

Awesome shop and super friendly owner! He even showed my kiddos a cute rubber band magic trick that they loved. Scored two long nets which we were actually psyched to find for our home pool, and we all got really cute Cape Cod hoodies (buy 3 get 1 free). He was so helpful finding the right sizing for my husband as he likes a roomy fit. The best part was that he gave us a reusable bag to take home our goodies and when we got home we found rubber bands at the both so the kids could practice the magic trick he showed them. Honestly, it was a highlight of our trip, kindness is contagious, so I hope to return it in this review. Shop this place you will be glad you did...so much great merch!!...

I had the worst experience of my life .The customer service was so bad the guy told me to leave. Me and my 6 kids we just trying to get hermit crabs we asked the guy for help and he said he was to busy when there was no line and he was talking to a friend about the 99 restaurant. He will not be seeing me or my family ever again at his store.We had $200 worth of merchandise and we still wouldn't help.My two year old son was crying because he didn't get his baby shark doll.I hope you dont recieve the same service we did. I hope you read this so were saving your time.And to top it all of he said other...
