Cape Cod Family Resort — Hotel in Yarmouth

AWESOME PLACE FOR ADULTS & KIDS !!! Brought my family here to get away & have some fun and they did NOT disappoint ! We booked 1 night & had two full days of FUN. I read the info on their website which informed me if I book directly through the hotel we will get 4 passes for each day for both Waterpark & inflatable park this is definitely worth the value. Check in was a breeze and friendly welcoming staff. Hotel has its own indoor pool for guest. Office offers fresh coffee in the morning and has toothbrushes if needed. There was A misunderstanding with my park tickets on the second day and the staff Adea and Mariana Took their time to hear me out, Validate the Misunderstanding and take care of us. They are the Best ! Adea was at the front desk & we got to meet Mariana The 2nd day and her personality is just amazing ! Yes like most beach areas the hotel building is an older building but clean and kept up, the hot water & pressure are FABULOUS ! The hotel being on the same property was very convenient and they even had outside games and tons of seating areas. They have some parking in front of the hotel rooms and then a really big parking lot in the back. The water park had something for everyone including a 21+ swim up bar & pool and the Inflatable park had all the inflatable fun you could think of. The parks are connected and have adult beverage stands through out, an arcade, food, ice cream and a souvenir store with the cutest stuff & necessities. The staff in the parks were all friendly and did not give us a hard time. Me and my family cannot wait to head back !

Tip 1- Bring socks for Inflatable park. If you dont they have a Dollar General across the street. Tip 2- larger families Who may be on a budget they are conveniently located near a McDonald’s & more. Water park was great for a relaxing day with the kids. Inflatable park was good too. I wouldn’t come here just for the inflatable park but my kids did have fun for an hour or so. We tried out the outdoor pool at the main hotel and it was clean but looked about 200 years old. There was cement from them attempting to make repairs everywhere. Just very trashy. Water was clean but pool just felt gross because it was cosmetically destroyed. we were at the family rooms which were a block down.. there not. It’s four or five. There was no explanation of anything when we checked in. Here’s your key. That was it. We walked around and quickly realized the pool here had no water in it. So we would have to use an indoor pool or go to the other hotel?!? we reached our room shortly after and realized there was squished bugs all along the ceiling and spiders EVERYWHERE. The mirror above the bed was covered in spider webs. The floor was clean but spiders in every corner and squished bugs everywhere. Old food in the wall next to the trash can. 🤮 I did notify the front desk and they initially told me that house keeping leaves at 3 and there was nothing they can do. And then another person popped their head in and said she would contact the manager. Well here it is 10:00 and my girls are petrified to go to sleep and NOTHING has been done. Let me just say I did read reviews but there was some good ones so I thought we would give it a try. I’m not one to turn something down because of a couple bad reviews but do yourself a favor and avoid staying at the hotel.
