CVS — Local services in Yarmouth

Checked the website which said the drive through and pharmacy were open until 8 PM. I was in line at 7:28 pm while the woman in front of me and pharmacist in the window were just having a leisurely chat for 10 minutes. Another car was also waiting behind me. When they finished their non RX related conversation, the pharmacist closed the window to me and the other car who were waiting ....20 minutes early. I was there 6 days ago to pick up this same rx they wouldn’t give me without my license, something I have never been asked for in the 10+ years I have been getting this RX. Hence, I had left it in the car since I never needed it before. I had already stood in line for 20 minutes and wasn’t about to do it again so I said I’d just come back ,later....which was tonight.....my first available time all week because I work longer hours than any of your pharmacists do. I have been having so many significant problems with CVS recently and am already working a court case against them. Things like this only strengthen my case. Don’t use CVS....switch to anywhere else. They are horrible and this particular...

So I never write reviews but I had too if I could give it 0 stars I would this pharmacy is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been too in my life the people were so rude i came in 40 mins before they had there break for 3 antiacid pills because I’m from out of town on vacation and left my medicine at home and cannot eat without them the man tells me he can’t fill them till after 2 couldn’t give me an estimated time the pharmacist was being so rude to the customers slamming the medications in the box there was another lady in there that looked so sick and said she was waiting for her medication since 8 am She said it never used to be like this until these new workers all I’m saying is do not go here it is super unprofessional the workers are rude and don’t seem like they want to do their job and should all be fired in my opinion if you need your meds on time don’t come here cause you’ll be waiting awhile I have to wait 2 hours for 3...

7/16/23The pharmacist is the rudest and must unkind person I have met! I had a problem with leaving a prescription home on vacation and had to get 6 tablets to tide me over. He was rude when I explained my problem. He made me switch to another line. I waited there only for him to come over 5 minutes later for me to tell him the same thing! I went 5 hours later and it wasn’t filled!. I explained to him that I wanted to get home before it rained because I have poor vision. He could have cared less. “Take a seat and it will be really in half an hour. No concern at all! Not nice. Not sympathetic. Nothing. No compassion. I know how busy and short staffed places of business are now a days. I wouldn’t treat a dog the way I was treated by that man!

I was going to followup with corporate but they got just as many bad reviews as this pharmacy in West Yarmouth!

The depravity evidently...
