T.J. Maxx — Attraction in Zephyrhills

I have been going to this store since I moved to Zhills in 2019. Tonight my daughters and I were approached by a rude employee named Laura. She approached us and said, Don't spray the perfumes. I believe she was upset because it was 1 hour til close and she did not want us to touch anything. My daughter told her to have a good night and she started again to say don't spray the perfumes at this time we are like what is going on we are sniffing them. She then rolled her eyes at us and started to arrange the bottles as she huffed and puffed like we were annoying her. We tried to continue our shopping, but as she got closer to us while shifting bottles around we got uncomfortable as she began to follow us around as if we were thieves. She was literally pushing us away from the fixture by making us uncomfortable. We had a total of 6 bottles of perfume we were going to buy but we put every last one back. I love TJ Maxx and would love to continue to shop here but not as long as this rude lady is employed there. I asked another associate what her name was because I was going to speak to the manager, but I was so distraught I just...

Awesome finds at a great price. I love to buy all my natural soaps and spices from all the T.J.Maxx stores. NEW REVIEW!!!! I will never shop on their online site ever again. First, the shipping price is outrageous, $9.99 Then when you return it, it cost you $9.59, or I assume however big your order is, then you get the leftover change when you can just take it back to the closest store and not pay any return shipping fee. I doubt I will ever shop at any of their stores again. Tjmaxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, and Homesense. Plus they force the employees to push their scam credit cards on customers, and if they don't get people to sign up for them, they threaten their employment to be terminated. That's what the person pacing back and forth behind them is doing. Watching and listing to them....

Very disappointed in this company. I shop here frequently. Never once have I heard nor have I seen a sign that said they are unable to accept returns for anything Christmas related. I bought an ugly sweater, which didn’t fit may I add, so I didnt even wear it; came to TjMaxx today to return and was told they cannot accept christmas items. Told the lady that no one advised me that for anything I bought, and that a sign should be posted, because now you’re cheating people out of their money. That is borderline fraud. My recommendation is to not shop at this company, ESPECIALLY during Christmas. I will be lodging a complaint with cooperate and the BBB....
