We were excited to find a restaurant with vegetarian and vegan menus inside the bookstore - I love bookstore cafes, and especially ones with lots of options for my dietary restrictions! However, the food was mediocre - not terrible, but not great. I had the vegan sorrentinos filled with squash and chestnuts, and my husband had the broccoli tarta and the vegan fainá. En el fondo de la peatonal Bacacay, como una gema en las noches de pandemia, brilla el Edificio Pablo Ferrando. Originalmente el primer instituto óptico del país: Óptica Ferrando. Diseñado por Leopoldo Tosi en 1916, como un manifiesto estilo Art Nouveau ecléctico frente al historicismo moribundo del XIX. En la década de 1970, se retiró el templete y se cerraron los huecos del tercer y cuarto nivel con losas de hormigón. En 2005 y 2006 (arq.
