We have stayed in the hotel many times and it never disappoints us as a family. ||Everything about the hotel is pretty much perfect, the hotel is immaculate inside and out.||The swimming pool area accommodates children of all ages as well as being nice and relaxing for adults.||The bar area is very relaxed, spacious and has the perfect atmosphere to relax in after dinner.||We always stay in a family room which has everything you need for your stay, cooker, fridge, dishwasher as well as all required cutlery and utensils. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean.||As for the staff, I cannot rate them highly enough, all staff that we come across are very friendly, helpful and very professional. A special mention Jorg, he is brilliant with a wicked dry sense of humour.||The hotel has the perfect family feel to it which has obviously been passed from generation to generation. An outstanding level of care and attention from all staff, large, comfortable rooms and excellent food made our stay memorable. No effort was spared to ensure that we were very well looked after. Our room was spotless and spacious, with lovely views. Breakfast choice was extensive, and the 5 course dinner menus were beautifully prepared and presented. The service in the restaurant was very quick and all the waiting staff were welcoming. The hotel is well-situated, about a 10 minute walk from the ski lifts. We were able to get a lift out and back in the 'Teddy train' (the hotel shuttle service) on several days, which made things even easier. There is a short slope to negotiate to the hotel, and this was a bit icy, and at the start of our week's stay the temperature in the hotel was rather high, but these minor points are the only things I can fault. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all the rooms are beautiful and clean. The furniture is fresh and in perfect condition. The staff is super friendly and always helpful, very easy to communicate since most of them are fluent in English, and some of them could even speak in other languages apart from German. The food is delicious, each dinner was like a blessing after a long day of skiing. There is also a huge spa and pool (both for kids and adults). Although the walk to the centre takes some time it’s so worth it. I also NEED to mention that the beds are like an entry to a whole new universe, because each time you lay down on it you fall asleep into the deepest slumber imaginable.
