I visited this restaurant on the evening of July 10, 2025, around 8:35 PM with my husband and sister. Upon arrival, we noticed a sign that read “Please wait to be seated,” so we waited at the entrance. The restaurant was far from busy—there were only about four other patrons inside.
Three female staff members were near the bar: one was wiping it down, while the other two—both wearing glasses, one with black hair and the other blond, both with fringes—were sitting and chatting. I made eye contact with them several times, but none acknowledged us or came over. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I gave a polite wave to indicate we were still waiting to be seated. They continued their conversation, and about two minutes later, the blond staff member with glasses finally approached us. She didn’t greet us or respond to our greeting—she simply said “follow me” in a flat tone.
There was no apology or even a hint of acknowledgment for the long wait, so I said, “Wow, we’ve been waiting a while.” She just stared at me silently. I then said, “Thanks, but we’ll take our leave,” to which she replied, “Of course, sure… good day,” returned the menu she had picked up, and walked away without further comment.
I’ve been to this location once before and had a decent experience. While service was a bit slow, the staff were at least friendly and responsive. This time, however, the dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy were incredibly disappointing—and frankly troubling, especially considering that we were the only guests waiting and the only Black patrons in the space.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously, as this is not the kind of experience that makes guests feel welcome or valued—or makes them...
Read moreWasn't good at how our food was presented. 1 person order just salad with her meal, Ask to have it before her meal. She got that last. They forgot to bring The Onion rings she had to ask. You're batter on the chicken wings wasn't good. We were looking forward to them, but won't order them again Prefer without the batter. You menu you looks good we will be back. I had the butter chicken wings boneless. I would prefer no batter. Is there a possibility where you could put on your menu? No batter on the chicken wings and no batter on the bonus chicken wings. Have that an option that would be fantastic. We all found it very cold in there. We sat there with our winter Coats on. Would be nice to have some heat. Nobody wants to go out and sit with their winter Coats on it. Eat and be tense in the body. We sat waiting for our other company to come. They ran behind which was unusual. We were starving. Funny thing after we play start order when our friends all were arrived. The waitress brought us out some nachos to munch on. That would have been nice to have it the beginning to much on when we got there, not when we ordered our meal. Also, we didn't get no plates just that dish. So we each just passed the little dish around and we ate out of there. They were...

The server was attentive and made sure everything was topped up all the time, especially my water glass.
There were quite a few different selections to choose from. I had a clubhouse on rye with fries and salad for my sides. Everything was fresh and served at the correct temperature for each item.
My meal was priced right and I walked out very full. Likely could have saved half of my sandwich, but I didn't feel like carrying it out.
The lunch mates and I had shared the skor cheesecake and apple crumble. And we still left a bit of each because we were so full from our lunches.
The popular choices where chicken club, quesadillas and clubhouse.
Edit, a few months later: We came back but for supper this time, we came on St Patrick's Day. Have a few drinks and some meals. We all enjoyed our meals and were pleased with...
