TL;DR: What this hotel lacks in refinement, it makes up for with charm and exceptional service. I had an exceptional stay at NOI Indigo thanks to the incredible staff. Special thanks to Bastian at the reception, who went above and beyond every single day, but every member of staff I interacted with displayed outstanding service during my stay: 1. Gustabo helped me order in Spanish and coordinated payment to the restaurant. 2. The day my transport to Glacier Grey arrived before I could finish breakfast, Oscar quickly prepared my coffee in a to-go cup. 3. Every excursion and transport I used was reserved entirely by Ignacio and Gustabo. There are a lot of moving parts for these trips, but they made it so all I had to do was show up — often personally retrieving me from wherever I was in the hotel when the transport arrived. 4. When I returned from Torres del Paine visibly in pain and exhausted, Bastian insisted on helping me to my room. This was a solo trip for me, but the staff here felt less like employees and more like family, genuinely invested in making sure I had the best visit possible.

We visited the spa today, which was full of surprises... Both of the pools were so cold that the only way to keep warm was by drinking the complimentary cups of tea. No risk of splashing any pool water into our cups though, as none of jets were working. Given that we were dressed in swimwear at a spa, it was somewhat ironic that we were the least appropriately dressed for the temperature conditions. Tellingly, a member of staff (who was swinging around in the hammock watching YouTube videos) was dressed in a warm fleece, hat and walking trousers. Perhaps they should re-consider opening this area as an ice bar. The biggest accolade goes to the sauna, which is the first I’ve ever been able to sit in for over 20minutes without working up a sweat - likely because the temperature gauge was reading 16 celsius. The men’s bathroom redefines the meaning of “wet room”. The shower was nice and hot, but has no drain, and subsequently floods the entire changing area leaving me with a pair of soggy shoes to walk home in. The only saving grace was that gentleman on reception was extremely pleasant.

The Noi Indigo Patagonia gets allover good ratings and is rated 5 stars on Booking. I do not agree with these ratings. The hotel is more like a 2 star Hostel. We were staying in a Deluxe Double Room. The room was tiny, not possible for two people to open their suitcases. Style is rather shabby than rustic, actually downright not clean. It had an open bathroom solution, lit by a bare light bulb. Only a small shaving mirror, no stand or glass for toothbrush. Separate toilet like a prison cell and a separate shower whith rattling pipes. Most luxurious were the bathrobes - with gold trimming! Weirdly out of place. On the positive side there was a good breakfast buffet, friendly staff and allover beautiful views. Altogether ratings and price are for a 5 star hotel (in Patagonia) but the standard is like a Hostel.

We just completed a 4 night stay at this hotel. I made the reservation for our Junior Suite room back in July 2024 and booked directly on the hotel's website, expecting to at least get what I paid for. I don't even know where to start. ||Cons:|All the negative reviews by other travelers are accurate. There is loud drilling and banging noise all day, from the construction they are doing. ||Room mix up - At check in, we were told since it was only 1 pm we would have to return in an hour as the room was not ready. Fair enough. When we returned, the reception gals said we could pick between two rooms on the 4th floor and gave us keys to check out the rooms. After checking out both rooms, we told them our decision. At that time they asked for our names again, and said that they had made a mistake! Our room was actually on the 2nd floor, and at the end of the narrow hall. The view from our room was obstructed and the noise from the construction was right next to our room. I requested a change in room but was told that they were all sold out. ||No kettle in the room for coffee (first hotel|in all our travels in Chile to not provide that)|Paint splatter on the floor in our room|No water bottles. We asked and were given one refillable glass bottle. |No safe deposit box in the room|No tissues|Only one hand towel provided in the bathroom. I asked for another one and hot the one in the picture - dirty brown spots. |No bath mat. |Mirror in the bathroom on the side of the wall making in totally useless, but a window in front of the sink overlooking the beds! |Lots of truck, vehicular noise at night from road in front. |No glasses/tumblers in the bathroom|No body lotion||Room cleaning- one day our room wasn't cleaned when we got back from our tour at 5pm. Front desk told us their maid had a picture from 6:30 am with a Do Not Disturb sign on our door. Sure we had it - from 6:30 -7 am. We took it off at 7 when we got back from breakfast. So they only checked once at 6:30 am and that's it. On our request, however, they did someone to clean our room that evening. ||Restaurant server charged for water bottle which we had with brought down with us from our room. They were charging by looking at us rather than on what they served us. Then ask us if want to add a tip! Which we did - ridiculous!||The front desk staff never, ever greeted us when we walked into the hotel or walked past them in the morning. I had to use Google translate with them almost all the time. Their English was very limited. The only staff that gave us any attention was the gentleman server in the restaurant. He was great! ||Laundry order- got our room number wrong even though we had written it on our order form. They said they sent the laundry to another room and it got rejected, so they were waiting for us to call!||Pro|Great location and views. Easy walk to restaurants and main shopping. The hotel seems to be capitalizing on their view. Nothing more to offer. No hospitality or personal attention. No idea of customer service. I sent many messages through their website, before and during our stay. No...

My partner and I stayed at Noi Indigo in late January 2024. We selected this hotel after conducting thorough research, specifically seeking a spa hotel to unwind following our W trek. As it was our honeymoon, we were eager to indulge and pamper ourselves.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Alejandro, who provided excellent hospitality. However, we were disappointed to learn that the sauna was out of order during our stay, limiting our access to the spa facilities apart from the jacuzzi. We went to the jacuzzi expecting a relaxing experience, but it was too cold and not enjoyable. The uncomfortable wooden chairs forced us to return to our room instead of enjoying the view. Our spa afternoon ended up being only 10 minutes long with no actual spa activities. However, the restaurant and lounge area were comfortable and relaxing.

Unfortunately, we lost the free pisco sour coupon we were given upon arrival. When we explained this to the new staff at reception the next day, they accused us of lying and wanting more free drinks. This was disappointing and unfair, especially considering the hotel's malfunctioning services and also just not the case.

Eventually, they gave us a new voucher, but it felt like we had to beg for it, even though that was not our intention.

On a positive note, we received a complimentary bottle of fizzy wine for our honeymoon, which was a nice gesture. But our overall experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially considering the high price bracket. It was particularly disheartening for it to happen during our last two nights of our honeymoon.

If you're looking for a proper spa hotel, unfortunately,...

There are 4 floors for rooms in the hotel. All 4 floors are exposed to ongoing construction Feb 2025 as they add an entire 20 room wing to hotel. From 8am-6:30pm daily. No noise, dust curtains, chemical odor barriers, etc., in place to isolate existing rooms from building area. Contact the hotel directly on status before booking. The existing rooms are basic minimalist design concept. Room occupied obvious maintenance lacking. Shower door not closing, hits door jam. Shower head cracked sprayed water sideways. Shower water valves leak drip continually. Toilet seat stops missing common to bowl. Washbasin area flooring needs scouring. Room cleanliness needs big improvement. Beds in rooms are two singles, if larger bed needed they push them together. Restaurant and bar ambiance nice, service was good. Food quality lacking. Ingredients appeared they were off the grocery store shelf, boxed foods. I.E: frozen french fries, desert, muffins, yogurts, etc. Hotel located on major road along waterfront with heavy traffic and noise. Hotel ambiance nice, however all was destroyed by the ongoing construction. Would not visit the hotel again. TripAdvisor does not allow video upload so could not share the “loud construction noise” as experienced; power saws, hammering, high volume workman voices communicating over the...
