My husband and I stayed here for the Patagonia Marathon. From the moment we arrived, we experienced fantastic service.
We originally had a sea-facing twin room on the 4th floor (pictured here). Shortly after arrival, our electronic lock stopped working. Despite being busy, the hotel immediately sent someone to fix it. As it turned out, the lock stopped working again, after which they offered to put us in a new room, which happened to be a suite. The re-accommodation was not expected, but certainly appreciated and totally enhanced our stay.
I would highly recommend the 3-bed, sea-facing suite if it’s available (I have no idea what the room is called but I call it amazing). The 3rd single bed is in its own entrance area, perfect for families with kids. You can push the main room single beds together, as they’re on wheels. The extra space, including a table and sitting area, were helpful in laying out all our race-day gear and in accessing our suitcases.
Daily housekeeping was timely and got the rooms to a pristine condition.
The hotel appears to have been renovated in the past few years and our room had a spacious, two sink bathroom with heated floors. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Each floor has a water machine in the elevator lobby to refill your water bottle.
Breakfast every morning was extensive and delicious, with on-demand omelettes. Additionally, the downstairs area has lots of seating and space to lounge if you need a break from your room or space to gather with friends.
The location of the hotel is central and walkable to everything you need. Plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, pharmacies, mini marts, and outdoor equipment stores.
Note that the sea-facing rooms are street-side as well, so between the wind and traffic, it’s worth packing ear plugs for sleeping.
In terms of kid-friendliness, the hotel has high chairs in the dining room and there’s a playground across the street.
We throughly enjoyed the hospitality here and had a great stay. Would stay here again and recommend for your time in...

The lobby also has very nice decor and places to work on your computer or relax in your downtime.||However, considering the very high price we paid ($325 a night for triple room) , we found the hotel to be really lacking in service and amenities. No gym, no pool or jacuzzi, no mini fridge, no central air or ventilation. The only amenity was some bicyicles they offer for free. When we asked for simple things from room service like some ice, they said to get it ourselves at the bar.||We were also there when it was relatively warm like 70F/24C during the day and the rooms were way too hot with no ventilation. The issue was the room overlooks a relatively busy street so when we left the windows open a lot of bugs came in and we'd also hear traffic.||I think this hotel is OK if you could find it a decent price, but don't be fooled by the pictures that this is some kind of luxury place. The service and amenities were more of a 2 star hotel then a 4 star, but again this is Patagonia so everything is very expensive for what you get. ||I would give this 3 stars, but I give an extra star just because its Patagonia and everything here in high season is triple the price what it should be. Just manage expectations and if you're looking for amenities the Indigo next door may be...
