REPLY TO OWNER: If you are the guy in the photo, your hostility towards us had NOTHING to do with environmental protection, so stop lying. Before our Colombian friend came over, you were hostile and entitled as if we owed you an extra fee just for being foreigners. Your reply to my comment supports that mindset. You haven't apologized for being hostile or that customers received poor service. You want to justify that the extra fee would only cost 12 cents USD. It doesn't matter whether it converts to 12 cents or 1 penny. It's the principle and your belligerence. Particularly, the way you shouted at us then snatched back the extra plate and fork. Hopefully, my review encourages you to give better service to ALL clients.

MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Foreigners don't patronize this business. This guy is a major a-hole who seems to despise foreigners...or women.

Arbitrary pricing and tried to charge 500.000 COP extra for a fork and plate - they don't sell small cinnamon rolls so two friends opted to share and asked for an extra plate and fork. He snatched them back when the paying friend asked if he would accept the first price, and turned aggressive and hostile raising his voice like he wanted to fight when I said it seems he was trying to take advantage. Our Colombian friend tried to reason w/him to no avail, and said she was ashamed he tried to take advantage and treated us so...

I was recommended to come to Zocarolls Cafe for the best coffee ☕️ I placed my order for a cappuccino coffee and it was delivered to my table with a friendly smile 😃

There is a patio outcolorhas 5 tables with low chairs. The surrounding buildings are so colorful and amazing to look at while you enjoy your coffee.

I then headed across to the other Zocarolls that specializes in cinnamon rolls. Can't wait to try one!

UPDATE: The oreo chocolate cinnamon roll was the bomb 💣 It was warm and very sweet. I recommend eating right away for the best flavors! As i said the first time I will be back!

The item that I got was amazing! I got a roll with helado and chocolate. It was delicious; I never had anything like it. The reason I didn’t give this place five stars is because the employees were super rude. The service was generally fast, but every separate time we went here every employee was super condescending and impatient. All of the people in the surrounding businesses were awesome and really kind, so I don’t know what there issue is here. So in all, really good food if you want to deal with...
