Parallelo Loft Salento — Hotel in Quindío

If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would. I recently booked this stay and I was extremely disappointed with the complete lack of responsiveness during an emergency situation. I was locked outside of my room and when I reached out for help, there was no support at all from the staff, and my concerns were not taken seriously. As a solo traveler, I believe guest safety should be a top priority, it's unacceptable to be left feeling ignored and helpless. My issue was never resolved and I was left without a place to stay for a night because the host never answered my calls. Lovely place, very clean and in great location. The owner responded to all my questions/queries in a spead of light ✨️ very efficient service. The only thing visitors ladies to consider - to bring your own shower gel, lotion, schampoo, conditioner as it was a very basic version of shower gel only. This was a beautiful apartment in Salento. It was cosy and comfortable and very spacious. It is located in the town and in walk distance of everything. The apartment is well equip and the shower is comfortable and hot. The communication with the host is excellent and well informed. I would stay here again.. And a big plus it that it is dog...
