Terrible place, avoid!!! So, I was in Zagreb on business and reserved a room for two. We came at night, it was around 17-18, something like that. First there is no one around , the whole place is managed on distance. We received message that key will be in a box, there was a password. We opened the box, but there was no key. We called some number and the person was so confused. After 10min they said someone is coming from out of town to give keys. We waited all in all one hour and then decided to leave and asked for refund. It was all arranged thru booking. Not a pleasant experience. The location is nice, but that's about it. The windows of the room are 2 cm away from the concrete wall of the neighbors. In addition, the entire “superior queen room” smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and everything smelled musty or dusty. When I reported this, I was told to open the windows or find an air freshener somewhere on another floor in the cleaning closet. When I asked if I could leave my luggage somewhere after checking out because I was leaving Zagreb late and didn't want to carry a large bag around, I was told that I could figure that out myself. If to make money you need to destroy a person when that person is already on the ground without resources, you are on the right track. I had a reservation for September 22nd/29th, there was a fatality and I could not check in to the apartment after paying. I contacted the company and explained the problem. No empathy, no solidarity, no respect for the tourist. I just vented my disappointment. People are not concerned about your problem. My reservation was canceled.
