The reviews of this place don’t lie… I think all reviews on Google, Trip Advisors and Booking.com amount to 200+ with a nearly perfect rating (9.8/10). This was such a cozy little gem for my husband and I on our honeymoon. We had booked a separate hotel in Split but the construction on the property made it incredibly hard to enjoy. We ended up booking the remaining nights of our honeymoon on Hvar and booked Five Elements for one night until we could take the ferry the next day.||From the moment we arrived, we knew we had messed up looking at anywhere else BUT this place! It’s hidden away in a quiet neighborhood, yet so close to any amenities we would’ve needed. The room it’s self is modern, clean, updated and has little add-ons that make your stay that much more comfortable. Ana had been messaging us during the day to ensure a seamless check-in, and even offered us to have the parking space past check out time the next day to enjoy the city a bit more. She was so incredibly friendly, hospitable, respectful and willing to help with any questions we had.||The only thing I would point out is this is an entire apartment flat turned into a 3-bedroom hotel - each room with its own bathroom, AC unit and bedroom behind a door with a code only you know. No elevator but you are on the first floor :) We were the only ones staying there for the night but I really don’t think it would’ve been an issue at all if other travelers had stayed in the other rooms. I truly think this is one of the best places we have stayed in the past few years with how clean it is, how willing the owners are wanting to help you, and the location.||Thank you Ana for making our last night in Split absolutely incredible and even giving us a voucher for breakfast the next morning with it being our honeymoon. Should we ever come back to Split, we would not hesitate to book this...
Read moreFirst off let me say that i am a very fussy traveler. We travelled to Split mid June and stayed at the Five Elements Luxury Rooms. All of my expectations were exceeded and is definitely a five star accomodation. The owner Suzana is also a 10 star host. She booked us a private car at the airport and greeted us at the hotel. She recommended restaurants and things to do all of which were excellent especially when you dont really know where to go or eat in Split. Suzana is probably the nicest host that we have ever met and she is always a call or text away with prompt replies.
Now onto the rooms which there are 3 of in a nice quiet area very close to the Palace and the Riva Promenade which is basically the heart of Split and where everyone goes. Everything is a short 10 min walk.
Rooms are a good size with a great HOT shower and jetted Jacuzzi tub. There is a nespresso machine with coffee and tea for your first shot of caffeine in the morning. Daily maid service is excellent.
I would highly recommend the Five Elements Luxury Rooms without hesitation. There are a lot of hotels to choose from in Split but this one is in nice quiet area which helps with the sleep as well as...

From the very moment we booked she was on hand with so much helpful information and nothing was too much trouble for her.
