Mido Rooms — Hotel in Grad Zadar

Arrived at apartment not easy to find as terrible directions given it’s amazing we found it. Taxi can’t take you all the way .|Good location right in the centre.Stairwell’s and entrance not the nicest .Room ok but small. sliding doors that don’t completely close to the bathroom.|complementary tea and coffee sachets already used and empty.|Bed comfortable.|Only a drizzle of water coming through the tap and shower , husband emailed to report no reply, went to the reception the next day reported again still nothing and no communication.|Went to check out the next day and they reported it was getting sorted today. Which is a little too late for us..|Asked for partial refund as unable to have a proper shower for 3 days and told to email , we did this and no response.|Anyone booking with Adex travel and you have issues with apartments they won’t help complete lack of...

Unfortunately, aside from the location, there was very little to like about our stay in Zadar. The place is completely overpriced for what it offers. The room didn’t even have a wardrobe or hangers, which is the bare minimum for any accommodation.

During our four-night stay, not once were the towels changed or the room cleaned. The furniture was old and worn out, which made the space feel neglected and uninviting.

For the amount of money they charge, I honestly expected a much higher standard. I strongly suggest the owners reinvest in improving the conditions and overall experience. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this...

Chambre en plein centre de la vieille ville de Zadar. Je pense malheureusement que c'est le seul atout...

1. trouver la chambre n'est pas évident, nous avons dû appeler le service pour avoir davantage d'informations.
2. la porte coulissante des toilettes est très dure a manœuvrer, et surprise, pas de poignée a l'intérieur donc quasiment aucune possibilité de l'ouvrir sans forcer sur les ongles.
3. 3 grandes fenêtres donnent sur la cour extérieure, très bonne luminosité. Tellement bonne que sur 3 volets roulants, seul 1 fonctionne, le soleil se levant a 5h36, oubliez la grasse mat. (Visiblement le problème ne date pas d'hier puisqu'un commentaire similaire date d'il y a plus de 2 mois)
4. cerise sur le gâteau, pas d'eau dans le logement. Que ce soit la douche, le lavabo de la salle de bain ou l'évier, quelques gouttes puis c'est la panne sèche. Avec une température extérieure de 35° sur notre séjour, de l'eau courante et une bonne douche aurait été le strict minimum.

Bref, je ne conseille pas du tout ce logement hormis pour...
