Brand New Apartments — Hotel in Prague

So, like the first review, I had some issues with getting in, but I luckily solved it: You get an email with the entrance code and direction of how to get to your room. The phone number on the site where I booked the place did not work, which made me suspect the worst given the review. Luckily, the help hotline of the booking site was able to reach them and give me a valid phone number. The lady on the other side was super helpful and understanding for my confusion (I was also in the wrong building; it is a brown wooden door) 😃😄

The apartments are lovely. Everything is new and tidy. It is quiet, given the location. The bathroom is REALLY clean and tidy! I love it. The fridge and freezer are clean as well.

SO IN SUMMARY: check your emails, and there you will find all the information on how to enter if you are not in front of a big brown door, you are most likely wrong 🙃 Can...

Our group of 12 people stayed in apartment meant for 14 people. Very pleased with the service, the staff were friendly, polite and patient. Eager to help any time and are easy to contact. Satisfied with the state of the room as well(clean and neat), a bit uncomfortable because of the sound of traffic at night. Reasonable price for apartment in 7 minutes away(by car) from centre of Prague. Recommended for tourists, big families...
