Edit: after my negative review was posted, the owner put a comment that this is a planned attack. Which is of course not. I am simply just a local living close by, that wanted to have a brunch. Huge mistake.

So my plan first was to write the feedback in Czech, but after checking other negative reviews from another locals, I decided to write this in English. If you are looking for coffee to go, then this place is okayish. But if you are looking for a good brunch, I would definitely avoid this place. The food was not worst, but below average. Simply looked and tasted like it was made by a student. What bothered me mostly was the size of the food. When we got the food, we were super dissapointed (me and my friend had: 1x fitness bowl, 1x benedict egg with spinach and toasts, 1x benedict egg with muffin, 1x syrniky, 1x bruschetta guacamole and 2 coffees). The photos in the menu are misleading, they were taken smartly and the food looks much more bigger in them. Dont get fooled, it was super tiny portion. I paid almost 1000czk (~40eur) for this brunch and we were leaving still hungry.. so the price doesnt equal with the taste nor the quantity. I would say there are plenty better places for a good brunch for this price. When we got the food, we finished it quickly so we could leave asap from this place. The staff was friendly though and the interior was fine, but thats it. Never going to visit this place again - typical tourist trap. I am really surprised how come this place has so many 5 star ratings (maybe the hotel nextdoor is giving some free drinks or incentive for their guests, if they leave...

Like a year ago, I was there, and I received one of the most outstanding services I have received in my whole life, and I have visited a bunch of countries. I met there a couple of angels (Alona and Eveline -I hope I have the right names) I was staying in Alfons Boutique, just across the street, and when I entered to the Factory, I almost faint. Eveline was more than helpfull. She went to find out if I want to go to the hospital. She went to a tourist bureau near (i guess on the corner), came back with information, phone numbers. She was so kind, that I would never forget that. She suggested me to go to a hospital as soon as I return to Spain. I am not that kind of "hospital boy" but, a couple of days after that, I followed her advice, went to a hospital in Madrid, and got hospitalized for 13 days. I hope they can read this, specially her. Maybe, she didn't know,but in some way, she saved my life. THANK YOU, darling. We just met for ¿one hour? But I won't forget your kindness. If you go to Madrid someday, let me know. I wouldn't waste your money. When we first walked in we thought what a nice little place but slowly started to realise they were under staffed and not very well organised. A gentleman next to use, he chair broke and he fell on the floor, no apology, they just picked the broken chair up and were laughing amongst themselves behind the counter. We ordered our drinks, breakfast and 'pudding' at the same time. Our drinks come out OK. The food however was sparse. My friends got theirs way before mine, we had to ask several times where mine was. It finally came out... cold! Due to them taking so long with the food we asked for takeaway cups (which seemed like a big deal to one of the waiting staff as she rolled her eyes at us). We then had to ask where my muffin was, this was the last straw and my friend tried to claim. One of the waiting staff said be patient, as we're busy.
