DuHa Sushi Žitná — Restaurant in Prague

Possibly the BEST Asian cuisine in the ENTIRE WORLD which cooks with such Love & Passion! This beautiful family restaurant blew my mind with how fresh and delicious everything was! I've experienced many Asian cuisines around the world and It's the first time I've had a Sushi so full with ingredients that completely melted in my mouth and exploded with rich taste! The Salad was super fresh and beautifully made just like everything else in the menu, along with the delicious Tom Yum soup. When browsing the menu I simply had such hard time to choose because it all looked amazingly beautiful in the menu pictures. I have 2 days left in Prague and I am going to come here in each of those days to cherish this GODLY place! One of my favourite Asian restaurants in Prague, especially for a quick lunch. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, it is very chillin´, and of course, they offer delicious food. I especially enjoy their curry and it doesn't matter whether it is green, red, or my favourite, yellow - they are all amazing. The cuisine is somewhat Vietnamese with a pinch of Japan (a wide selection of sushi). The service is also friendly. The topping on the cake is the quick delivery of your order. I usually come for lunch before 12:00 and very rarely wait for my food longer than 10 minutes. I highly appreciate that considering that in other restaurants nearby, it usually takes twice as long. I ordered sushi from here on wolt, and it was delivered fairly quickly. The portion size was large (the tuna avocado roll was large!) But unfortunately the fish in the sushi was not great quility. The tuna in the tuna roll was good but some parts were a little chewy. The oshinko roll was good. I also ordered the salmon belly (torro) sushami and it was not good. I've had good torro sushami at a few other places in Prague so this was highly disappointing. The salmon was somehow almost crisp, not tender at all and it was far from the fatty, creamy, rich tasting fish that it was supposed to be. It wasn't the worst I've ever had but i don't think I'll be getting sushi...
