I had a really disappointing experience. The food was barely warm when served, and the lack of spices made everything completely bland. Eating a bowl in a sit-down restaurant felt strange, but that would have been fine if the food had been good—it wasn’t. The rice had a suspicious smell, and without any sauce, it was just dry and unappetizing.
On top of that, the service was terrible. It felt like the staff wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. They were almost dropping cups and dishes on the table instead of setting them down properly, which made the whole experience even worse. Overall, it felt rushed, careless, and not worth the visit. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
The atmosphere didn’t help either. It’s not old-fashioned in a charming way—it just feels worn-out and in desperate need of restoration. The place lacks any warmth or character, adding to the overall...
Read moreProbably the worst service I've ever encountered; the staff are very grumpy, arrogant and annoying yet still somehow expect you to tip them; a suggestion which is laughable to say the least. I asked the lady working there if they had a table for two but she outright ignored me. Furthermore they refuse to speak English, treat you as a lesser costumer if you're not Czech and almost reproach you if you only order a drink. All the things i've just described above happened to me multiple times. I've been to a lot of bars and restaurants but I have never seen anything as bad as this in my life; their service is so bad that you start wondering how these guys are still in business. The food is a-okay but if you don't want to be treated like a piece of garbage I would suggest that you would stay clear of...
Read moreI know it is lunch and place is busy but if first interaction with service is “not there, you have to ask” because I wanted to take a seat at a table where I missed the reserved note which is of a size of a tarot card and placed along with 3 other things on table so u can easily miss it. I dared to ask “who do I ask?” and was told “next door” and this is how I learned the place is split in two rooms with separate road entrances and if I want to sit in room 2 I need to go and ask the waiters in room 1. I was in room 2 talking to a waiter so I don’t really get it but all of this just made me realize I won’t spend another...
