A much needed oasis in the hectic city center. I sat in the garden area where it was cool and breezy despite the hot weather! My waiter, Giuseppe, was very attentive and friendly, and made sure I was extra comfortable with my pregnant belly. I appreciated the extra pillows! Later I was also served by Peter, who surprised me with friendly conversation. I highly recommend this spot if you want some quiet time to recharge. Looking forward to coming back.

What a wonderful escape in the centre of Prague! Food was delicious, compliments to the chef who is clearly not afraid to mix and combine tastes! Pasta with Bottarga is the best! Pavlova is amazing. Totally recommend for a chill (cheat) meal 🤪 Thanks to Yan to make the experience better!

I recently stopped by the W Hotel for drinks, and while the setting was stylish and the cocktails were on point, what truly made the experience memorable was the incredible service, especially from Peter, our waiter from Hungary.

Peter was an absolute star. Friendly, attentive, and effortlessly professional, he made us feel welcome the moment he approached us. He had a great energy, offered perfect drink suggestions, and was always one step ahead without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find someone who strikes that perfect balance between casual charm and polished service, but Peter nailed it.

Whether you’re popping in for a quick drink or settling in for a long evening, I can’t recommend Peter enough. He turned a simple stop for cocktails into a standout moment of our day. W Hotel is lucky...

I had a wonderful experience at the Blue Lounge in the W Hotel, thanks to the incredible professionalism and empathy of Julia, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

During our visit, there was an uncomfortable situation with a group of unpleasant guests nearby. Julia handled the matter with grace and confidence, managing to de-escalate the situation while making us feel safe, respected, and taken care of.

She remained calm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout — a true example of outstanding customer service. It’s rare to see someone combine hospitality with such professionalism and discretion.

Huge thanks to Julia for turning an uncomfortable moment into a positive experience. The W Hotel is lucky...

I come to W Lounge Prague all the time and it’s always an incredible experience. The service is top-tier, the staff are amazing, and they’re always so attentive; they remember exactly what I like and need, which makes me feel incredibly welcome EVERY SINGLE TIME.

ANUSHKA deserves a MEGA HUGE shoutout — she’s always smiling, always greeting me with such warmth, and she genuinely makes every visit (for me and my friends) 100,000 times better. Peti is fantastic as well, and Massimiliano is super kind and welcoming.

Couldn’t recommend this place more….it’s consistently wonderful....
