Osteria Alfredo — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Abysmal. Half an hour wait time for a table despite having a reservation, then another 15 minutes until we received the actual menu for food and non-alcoholic drinks, and another 15 until we got a bread basket (at least).

But okay, I would have given a good review if the food had been nice. It wasn't. First of all it was severely overpriced, 75g of pasta for 155 dkk? And just 100g for 190dkk, which is supposed to make it a "main course"???

Still, if it had been edible, I would've looked past the price, too. However, the pasta wasn't even cooked properly, it was hard and chewy. There was also only ONE vegetarian pasta option so I didn't have much choice.

The vibe was bad too, it was so crowded by the door and there were lots of rich boomers in fancy clothes staring at us. Our entire group of students was still starving after we left, and now also out of money to get proper food....

I expected a lot and got a little, literally…

Overall not satisfied! Coming in an getting seated at a cozy table and the restaurant. We got told we had to wait to order so the kitchen could keep up with the orders, totally fair! What is not fair is a moment later they start taking orders from the table behind us, who first of all arrived later than us, and was not ready to order when we were. We got to order after, and the wine we got was really good! Ordered a gluten-free pizza, which was very good, and a ravioli (main dish size). When the food came I was left with 7 small raviolis! Super disappointed, (they tasted okay tho, but not wow)

Further our dinner kept being interrupted by waiters talking over our table to each other, super annoying!

I would not recommend, there is room for big...

We travel a lot an visit very good restaurant around the world. So we stay at Copenhagen and had a visit to Osteria Alfredo. This little Osteria is Family owned and you feel the passion of the family members when you enter the door.

The food was outstanding good. From the bread with olive oil up to the for me best filled pasta we ever taste (abolute amazing and world-class). The meat was traditionally grilled and was perfect to the point. A wide variety of excellent wines would be served and make the package perfect. Even the espresso at the end had a quality that I feel like sitting in ostuni on the place. 👌

Osteria alfredo is a must have visit restaurant in Copenhagen... Needles to say, that they have the best gluten free bread and pasta (self made) my wife ever tasted. Clear...
