Me and my girlfriend were really lucky to find this place :) If you are looking for a great experience in Luxor you can find it at Yasmine Guest House. This place is owned and run by local people who really take care of you and show you how real hosting can be. You can be family or you can be a guest, its up to you!! Naser (the owner) is always there to answer any questions you might have or even better ... cook for you. Ala or Mustafa will make you tea and prepare your breakfast while Mohamed will do the room ! Feel free to ask them for any activities in the area (hot air balloon, felucca etc.) For ALL the monuments make sure you ask for Karim ... His is an egyptologist not just a tour guide (He is an expert!) and he really loves what he is doing. DON'T visit any monument without him !!

Yasmin guesthouse from Nasser is a beautiful place with only kind and helpful people!

The room we stayed in is big with a really high sealing. They clean them very good as well.

Every morning there is an amazing breakfast, with a drink of your choice.

You also cannot miss their food for lunch or dinner! Every dish is really nice, we liked the chicken tajine the best!

They can also arrange all the tours for you. Nasser can help you with a balloon ride in the morning and Karim helped us as an amazing guide through the best places to visit in Luxor, but also we are joining him for a desert tour!

A ridiculously low price for a well equipped bedroom in a guesthouse with a nice little swimming pool. The owner is always attentive to your demand and is really nice.

Ideally located on the West bank to avoid the noises of the East bank, relax at night in the pool & to plan your visit of the Theban Necropolis.
