I recently had the pleasure of dining at an Egyptian restaurant, and I must say that the food was outstanding. The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, with a smoky flavor that made it simply irresistible. The flat bread was warm and fresh, with a light and fluffy texture that paired perfectly with the chicken.
The soup was also exceptional, with a rich and savory broth that had just the right amount of spice. The rice was perfectly cooked, with a delicious flavor that complemented the other dishes on the table. The salad was fresh and crisp, with a variety of vegetables that added a nice contrast to the rich and hearty flavors of the other dishes.
Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Egyptian dining experience. The grilled chicken, flat bread, soup, rice, and salad were all exceptional and left me eager to come back for more. The quality of the food, combined with the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant, made for an...
Read moreHad a lovely meal here. Moussaka, grilled chicken, French fries, the meals came with soup, salad, tahini, bread and rice. We also had a large bottle of water, 1 hibiscus tea and a small glass of chilled red wine. Total bill 365egp. Very reasonable. Nothing added to the bill such as tax or service and the waiter worked out the bill on his mobile phone calculator in front of us after asking us what we had. Very good and up front. Service is very relaxed and the food is cooked to order so be prepared for a little wait. The setting is glorious, you are right on the banks of the Nile. There were a few midges about but they were the small no biting ones, not mosquitos and they departed shortly after sunset, which is behind you, on this side of the river. The food was very tasty indeed. Grilled chicken was bone in leg and wing, no breast. The Menu is not extensive but what they offer is very well done. A very pleasant experience all round. Highly...
Read moreFavorite restaurant on the West Bank! I live in Luxor and this is my go-to place. I come here all the time. There are many restaurants along the Nile, but this one is the best and has been around the longest. The food is delicious and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of the food is made fresh so be prepared for a little bit of a wait (it's worth it). The atmosphere is super relaxed and there's plenty of seating that's well spaced out for privacy. I even like to come here just to relax with a amazing view of the Nile and some fresh fruit juice or a coffee. The owner Asharaf and the whole staff is wonderful. They're very kind, not pushy at all, and they give you your space while still being around when you need something. If you want a delicious meal and a laid-back spot to relax by the Nile without hassle, this is the place. I really can't recommend it...
