We had a really good meal here.
We were able to pay with card, and cash of course was also accepted.
The service was fast and on point. We got what we wanted, fast, good temperature, and delicious.
Prices were alright, maybe a bit expensive, but you are right in front of the pyramids, so to me no complains here.
The staff that welcome us were nice, the only problem are the waiters (or at least the one that serves us), they look a bit unfriendly, and they get a bit tense about the tip. We finished with the food and asked for the check, the waiter then delivered the check and he said immediately “no service included” like two or three times. Then when we were going to pay with card he said something like “service cash please”, and of course I didn’t put the tip yet since we haven’t pay, and he looked a bit bad that it wasn’t the money not there. I mean common man. Usually tips are left before you leave or after you pay. Not before.
A bit more friendliness and less service mentions would be good. We left giving more than 15% tip and the guy didn’t seemed happy with that either.

We were given menus to peruse, directed towards a table and brought a small bottle of water each. As we'd been looking at the menu we saw that they offered large bottles of water (1.5 litres compared to two 0.5 litre bottles) and since we drink a lot of water here with the heat, we asked if we could have 1 big bottle instead of two. At this point the waiter rolls his eyes at us, and says, 'no'. We ask why and he tuts at us and says there are only small. Because this is on the menu were confused and he starts getting really quite aggressive and saying no and then stormed off leaving the two small bottles behind. Honestly, it's okay if they've run out of large bottles or they're no longer selling them for whatever reason, but he made us feel incredibly incredibly unwelcome and like we were doing something really offensive. For that reason I didn't want to stay. The rest of the staff seemed nice but if I don't even feel like I'm welcome to be in a place I'm about to spend a large portion of my evening then they don't get more...
