We discovered this place by chance while walking through the streets of Giza and were immediately drawn to the terrace lights. Located above the Locanda Hotel, we were lucky to witness a traditional Egyptian birthday celebration, an amazing and authentic experience for us as foreigners! Roof 207 offers a privileged view of the pyramids, a relaxed atmosphere, delicious cuisine, and excellent service. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy both traditional Egyptian and international dishes while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The staff are very friendly, especially Khaled, who made our visit even more special. Highly recommended for birthdays, lunch, or simply to enjoy an unforgettable day with spectacular pyramid views! 🥳🎉 The best moment here.

Located right above the Locanda hotel, this rooftop offers a close view of the pyramids, excellent lemonade, delicious shish taouk, and best of all - the friendly and gracious service of Khaled (aka Wahwah). He was so refreshingly helpful compared to the begging and haggling that pervades Cairo, especially around the pyramids, that I tipped 30% without even thinking about it. Ask him anything about the area, and he'll set you up! It's not THE closest to the pyramids, and the entrance is in a bit of a back alley, but I haven't had any safety concerns.

Ill mention the good first(2 guys working there are so helpful and view on the two pyramids are stunning as it is ) , for the service Id called them before I go to confirm and assure the WiFi is working and I’m working on three devices so the connection must be good and the guy assured me that, but after arriving in the hot weather no internet, cheap kind of coffe, no electricity and my power for working already drained because of trying even the power of my devices as well while no electricity blog is near and ruined my day completely. I don’t recommend it at all even the good things you can find another...
