Hotel Bastian — Hotel in Helsinki sub-region

Great (mini) hotel in the heart of Helsinki. The rooms are very stylish and beautiful, and the hotel only has 5 rooms which makes it feel cozy. Very nice toiletry items in the shower/washroom, and our room came with a kettle, coffee/tea, small fridge, iron + board and slippers as well. Within minutes walking you can be at the main attractions in Helsinki, which is great. Our room faced the street, and since we stayed on a Friday night this made it a little noisy. But of course this is not the hotel's fault, and it did not keep us awake at night. Communication with the staff is very smooth, we had to leave too early to make it for the regular breakfast, and even got a small breakfast bag with various delicious items for on the way. Highly...

I stayed her for 4 nights in July of 2025. The location is outstanding about a block from the Stockmann department store and two blocks from the train station. There is construction going on next door, so a bit of noise during the day. The room was spacious and updated. There are only 5 rooms and they are well appointed. There is no reception. Door codes are provided via email. The breakfast was not that great. There was maid service every day. It felt a bit more like an Airbnb in some ways.. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. Situat în centrul orașului Helsinki, hotelul se află la doar câțiva pași de magazine precum Stockmann, gară și stațiile de tramvai, facilitând accesul rapid la feriboturi și la alte zone ale orașului. Restaurantele și obiectivele culturale sunt de asemenea la o distanță scurtă de mers pe jos. În aceeași clădire sunt mai multe camere care aparțin și altor mini hoteluri, camerele hotelului Bastian fiind la etajul 4, dar clădirea are lift, deci nu este greu să ajungi chiar și cu bagaje mai grele. Funcționează fără recepție fizică. Procesul de check-in este complet automatizat și se realizează online, cu instrucțiuni clare și un cod de acces trimis prin email cu 24 de ore înainte de sosire. E de apreciat fluiditatea și simplitatea acestui sistem, în special pentru sosirile târzii. Camerele sunt mari, cu un decor plăcut și modern, paturile extrem de confortabile, iar curățenia exemplară. Sunt dotate cu TV, uscător de păr, fierbător de apă, ceai și cafea, papuci de unică folosință, masă și fier de călcat. Deși este în zonă centrală, odată ajunși în cameră, zgomotul exterior nu reprezintă o problemă, asigurând un somn liniștit. Micul dejun este adesea inclus în preț sau disponibil ca opțiune, nu foarte bogat, dar suficient de organizat și gustos.
