The location was phenomenal! What a perfect location - smack bang in the middle of everything. The apartment is a fantastic size, large, airy and light filled! Having a washing machine was fantastic, especially for those who are travelling for long periods. The stairs aren’t that big of an issue, however I do recognise I am a (fairly) fit, young person. ||Improvements: |The lounge was very uncomfortable to sit on, luckily we weren’t really sitting on it too much although I would probably recommend the team to replace it as it is not comfortable and a bit stained/has some holes it in. |It would be great if the kitchen had some small essentials such as oil, salt, long life milk sachets etc. I have stayed in a lot of apartments with kitchens and they have these items which makes it a bit easier to make a meal without having to buy an entire oil bottle. |I have seen some reviews speaking to the pre-check in system. I agree it is a bit overwhelming, especially when travelling and having to complete all the forms/portals, however I understand it’s probably necessary.|There was one lady working who was a bit rude when we went to take our bags to the office to hold because we were early, even though we were told we could do this.. ||Apart from these minor things it was a great...

We booked in the evening and wanted to check in straight away. The order said we had to call a number to get the codes for the key box. We called all numbers we could find and didn‘t get any answers - mails also didn‘t work. Nice, clean apartment for 4: 2 singles (or you can request a double) beds + double sofabed. Very reasonable cost. Staff were friendly. Check-in was 4pm, so was able to leave luggage in office 2 mins from apartment. Great location in town; near supermarket, shops & restaurants; and a few minutes walk from beach.
